A cover for an elastic pad and furniture has at least one inner core layer comprising an elastic material layer, an outer wrapping cover removably wrapping the at least one inner core layer, and stop hems folded downwards from peripheral edges of the cover, forming an inner space configured to receive and shield a pad layer of the elastic pad. Only the outer wrapper need be removed for cleaning. The stop hems extend about the peripheral edges of the cover to form the inner space for receiving and shielding the pad layer of the elastic pad when the elastic pad is assembled. Assembly of the elastic pad is made more convenient and storage space required for the elastic pad is reduced.

The first coil and the second coil of the secondary zipper are configured to be separated to expand the expansion material or are configured to be moved together to collapse the expansion material, such that the expansion material is visible in an expanded configuration and is hidden behind the secondary zipper in a collapsed configuration. Body support cushion assemblies that make use of the covers to surround a body support cushion are further provided.

Ticking having excellent flexibility is described. A woven fabric is obtained by using a multifilament having a monofilament fineness of not more than 0.5 dtex, the number of filaments of 100 or more and a total fineness of not more than 50 dtex and used as ticking. The woven fabric can be made of a polyester.
