C. compressive residual strain of not more than 35% and a rebound resilience of not more than 10%. Thereby, a network structure having a high vibration absorption property and being superior in thermal settling resistance is provided.
Bed Mattress and Proceeding Making the Same
An overlay mattress includes a foil mattress of plastic material in a surrounding envelope of textile material. The foil mattress has channels and a preferably self-closing valve for filling air into the channels that are also at least partly filled with fibers of so-called ball fiber and/or with foam plastics, at least in such an amount that the plastic material of the foil mattress is mutually separated. The channels extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the mattress, and the channels are interconnected via air passages. Methods of manufacturing such an overlay mattress are also disclosed.
Foot Stool Assembly
A foot stool assembly for enhancing circulation in feet and legs includes a first pillow that is selectively inflated. The first pillow is selectively positioned on a support surface having the first pillow being aligned with a chair. A second pillow is coupled to the first pillow and the second pillow is spaced from the support surface when the second pillow is selectively inflated. A user's feet are positioned on the second pillow thereby enhancing circulation in the user's feet and legs. A pad is coupled to the second pillow to enhance comfort of the user's feet.
REST SUPPORT WITH COMFORT EFFECT
A rest support with comfort effect is provided including a first layer, a second layer and a third layer. The second layer may be between the first layer and the third layer. The first and third layer may be composed of a lesser stiffness than the second layer and at least one out of the first and third layer includes a cohesive stratum made by thermo-moulding with a material, such as down, feathers, chips, flakes, fibres and the like.
Mattress containing microencapsulated phase change material
A mattress containing a core section, a high loft non-woven layer at least partially covering a first side of the core section and containing a plurality of heat and flame resistant fibers, bulking fibers, and binder fibers, a ticking layer at least partially covering the high loft non-woven layer and containing a textile layer, a pattern coated layer. The pattern coated layer may be printed on the high loft non-woven layer, the ticking layer, or any layer between the high loft non-woven layer and the ticking layer. The pattern coated layer contains a blend of microencapsulated phase change material (PCM) and a binder, wherein the PCM is fully encapsulated by the binder.
Seating cushion
A seating cushion with a pocketed spring assembly includes a plurality of interior strings of springs joined to each other. The interior strings of springs comprises a plurality of interconnected pockets. Each pocket contains at least one coil spring. The pocketed spring assembly forms a central matrix. The pocketed spring assembly further includes at least one perimeter string of springs. Each perimeter string of springs comprises a plurality of interconnected perimeter pockets. Each pocket of the central matrix has a maximum diameter or width of a first dimension and each pocket of the perimeter string of springs has a maximum diameter or width of a second dimension. The first dimension is greater than the second dimension.
NET-LIKE STRUCTURE
A net-like structure has a three-dimensional random loop bonded structure constituted of a thermoplastic elastomer continuous linear body having a fiber size of greater than or equal to 0.1 mm and less than or equal to 3.0 mm. The net-like structure has, in the thickness direction, a solid-section fiber main region mainly including solid-section fibers, a hollow-section fiber main region mainly including hollow-section fibers, and a mixed region including solid-section fibers and hollow-section fibers in a mixed state, located between the solid-section fiber main region and the hollow-section fiber main region. Both solid-section fiber main region-side residual strain of the net-like structure and hollow-section fiber main region-side residual strain of the net-like structure are less than or equal to 20%, and the difference between the solid-section fiber main region-side residual strain and the hollow-section fiber main region-side residual strain is less than or equal to 10 points.
MATTRESS
A mattress construction includes a top panel defining a sleep surface, a core layer disposed below the top panel and a peripheral border extending around the periphery of the top panel. The peripheral border having a first longitudinal segment, a second longitudinal segment, a first lateral segment and a second lateral segment. An outer surface is partially defined by the top panel and peripheral border. Included is a sleep tracker receiving arrangement. Each arrangement has a first aperture located in the outer surface in or adjacent the first longitudinal segment and a first sleeve disposed between the top panel and the core layer. The first sleeve having a first opening aligned with the first aperture. The arrangement is configured to removably receive a first sleep tracker through the first aperture and the first opening such that the first sleep tracker is at least substantially disposed within the first sleeve.
AIR-CONDITIONED MATTRESS
An air-conditioned mattress includes a mat device, a cover device, and an air-conditioning device. The mat device includes a first mat configured as a three-dimensional structure made from a plurality of elastic thermoplastic filaments that are randomly tangled with each other. The thermoplastic filaments are fixedly connected at contact portions of the thermoplastic filaments in a way that through holes are formed at non-contact portions of the thermoplastic filaments. The cover device covers the mat device and contacts the top surface of the first mat, and the first mat is more air-permeable than the cover device.
