Tunable spring mattress and method of making same
A mattress includes a spring extending between first and second points to provide a first spring rate in a first direction. A polymer fiber structure is provided between the first and second points and adjoins the spring. The polymer fiber structure includes fibers interlinked with one another to provide the second spring rate in the first direction. An example method of manufacturing a mattress is provided that includes arranging springs to provide a mattress innerspring. A polymer fiber structure is introduced in a first state to the innerspring to provide an assembly. The assembly is further processed and the polymer fiber structure is simultaneously altered from the first state to a second state.
BREATHABLE BEDDING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The present application provides a breathable bedding and a method for producing the same. The method for producing a breathable bedding includes the following steps: producing a cover, wherein the cover includes a first fabric layer and a second fabric layer which are stacked from top to bottom, the cover is divided into filling areas and breathable areas, and the filling areas and the breathable areas are separated from each other; conducting air-permeable treatment to the breathable areas to form air-permeable structure in the breathable areas; filling cotton between the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer in the filling areas; and sewing the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer at the edge of the cover to obtain a breathable bedding.

CUSHION AND SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A cushion and system and method of manufacturing a cushion. The cushion includes a layer that is disposed on a side of a filament mesh structure that comprises a set of filaments. Each member of the set of filaments is looped and bonded to at least one other member of the set of filaments. The layer is bonded to at least some members of the set of filaments.
Mattress system and assembly
A mattress system with at least two inflatable bladders located within a tub compartment of a foam encasement is enclosed. The bladders are surrounded on all sides by foam layers and the bladders are inflated and deflated by a control unit. The control unit is positioned within the tub compartment near the foot of the mattress and centered between the two bladder assemblies. The control unit is adhered to the foam encasement.
Hybrid pad
This disclosure relates to a padded sleeping system that includes an inflatable frame formed by a first sheet of material that is joined to a second sheet of material along a periphery and at a number of bond lines in order to form an inflatable support member. The padded sleeping system may also include at least one valve that is fixed to the inflatable frame, the valve being in fluid connection with the inflatable support member for inflation and deflation of the inflatable frame. The system may also include a cushion portion, which may be fixed to the inflatable frame. The cushion portion may provide support and additional comfort for a user.
FLOOR PILLOW STRUCTURE
The present invention provides a floor pillow structure that is configured to maintain its shape and feel over extended use without relying on rigid frame components. In some embodiments this floor pillow structure integrates a floor pad and a bolster through a cover system that is configured to generate tension between the bolster and floor pad thereby imparting structure on an otherwise structureless component. Some embodiments of the present invention also provide a bolster-floor pad interface comprising a perimeter channel that is configured to allow a user of the invention to relieve joint and appendage pressure when using the floor pillow structure.
Mattress controller with alert system
This disclosure describes, among other things, techniques for waking a user by changing the user's sleep environment. In one example, a method includes receiving, at a central controller of an air mattress system, at least one user alarm setting, generating, via the central controller, at least one instruction based on the received user alarm setting, and transmitting, from the central controller, the at least one instruction to a first component of the air mattress system to adjust a feature of the first component.
