A foldable canopy and method of use. The foldable canopy may include a foldable base portion having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, a first side, and a second side opposite the first side and substantially parallel therewith; a foldable canopy portion having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, a first side, and a second side opposite the first side; and wherein the first end of the foldable canopy portion may be attached to the first side of the foldable base portion and the second end of the foldable canopy portion may be attached to the second side of the foldable base portion, and wherein the foldable canopy portion may be attached to the foldable base portion such that in an unfolded state the foldable canopy portion is substantially arch shaped.

A canopy for a child play yard is provided. The canopy includes a canopy material dimensioned to cover at least a portion of the child play yard. The canopy includes at least one support rod for supporting the canopy material. The canopy material includes at least one breakaway point. The canopy material includes a skirt overhanging the child play yard. The canopy material includes a corner material for supporting the canopy over the child play yard.

A portable confinement apparatus having an enclosure for confining a person upon a mattress. The enclosure is formed of a flexible material having a base face, at least four side faces and a roof which define a void, with a pocket for the mattress. A frame has four base members arranged in a rectangle with two bridge members, arranged over the base members. At least part of each base member is integrally secured to the base section and at least part of each bridge member is integrally secured to the roof section. The enclosure is provided with at least two closable openings on different sides. An opening may extend into the roof section. Support struts and a stabilisation system are also described to increase stability and prevent tipping. Members may be telescopic to increase the portability of the apparatus.

An enclosure for installation on a bed. The enclosure includes an enclosure-frame, an attachment-bracket, a foldable-board and a canopy. In some embodiments, the enclosure includes a power-supply, vents, fans, speakers and lights. The enclosure is useful for providing a user with a peaceful night sleep by preventing external noises and light from disrupting the user.

A bed curtain system includes curtains to provide privacy for the user, as well as ambient light using lighting elements such as light emitting diodes (LEDs), which may be controlled to illuminate in different colors, lighting patterns, and intensity. An aroma delivery system may also be included to release relaxing or energizing aromas based on a user preference. A sleeping compartment with a sleeping region and an electrically conducting curtain, which can be arranged around the sleeping region, having a rail system by which the conducting curtain is mounted in a displaceable manner. The rail system includes at least one rail and a multiplicity of connecting elements, the connecting elements being connected to the conducting curtain and being mounted in the at least one rail in a displaceable manner. The rail system is configured such that the conducting curtain is connected to the at least one rail in an electrically conducting manner, preferably such that the conducting curtain is earthed by way of the rail.

A retractable tent has been presented herein. The retractable tent is designed for using with one or more sleep, work, or living space devices. The retractable tent may be extended from one position to another position according to usage preferences of a user. The retractable tent may be installed or arranged or fixed with one or more interior or exterior furniture such as a bed, a couch, a chair, a table, or the like. The retractable tent may be installed or arranged or fixed in various areas such as bedrooms, offices, living rooms, outdoor living areas, or the like. The retractable tent may be used as a home theater platform, a gaming platform, and a virtual reality platform. Further, the retractable tent may be facilitated or designed in different shapes such as a rectangular shape, a dome shape, a half-dome shape, or the like.

A treasure chest bed housing apparatus for creating a decorative and functional bed housing includes a base having an access aperture extending through a base back side to a base interior. A top structure is coupled to the base and a door track is coupled to a foot side and a head side of the top structure and beneath a cover side. A principal door is slidably coupled within the door track to move between a closed position extending from the base adjacent the front section of the top structure and an alternate open position overlapping with the cover side of the top structure. The base, the top structure, and the principal door in the closed position resemble a treasure chest. A bed is coupled to the base and is disposed on the base top side within the top interior. An HVAC unit is coupled within the base interior.

A treasure chest bed housing apparatus for creating a decorative and functional bed housing includes a base having an access aperture extending through a base back side to a base interior. A top structure is coupled to the base and a door track is coupled to a foot side and a head side of the top structure and beneath a cover side. A principal door is slidably coupled within the door track to move between a closed position extending from the base adjacent the front section of the top structure and an alternate open position overlapping with the cover side of the top structure. The base, the top structure, and the principal door in the closed position resemble a treasure chest. A bed is coupled to the base and is disposed on the base top side within the top interior. An HVAC unit is coupled within the base interior.

A portable confinement device for confining a person upon a mattress is provided. The device includes a frame and a flexible enclosure. The frame includes a base member and at least two upright members. The upright members include support portions and bridge portions connecting the support portions. The bridge portions are connected to the support portions by lockable hinges. When the hinges are locked, the bridge portions are in an upright position. When the hinges are unlocked, the bridge portions are in a downward, lowered position. The enclosure is supported by and sits upon the frame to stabilize the device from tipping over. A mattress may be received into the interior space of the enclosure. The enclosure includes an opening for allowing a person to enter or exit the interior space of the enclosure.
