RECEPTACLE FOR A ROTATING TOOL
A receptacle for a rotating tool includes a rotationally symmetrical, hollow-cylindrical receptacle main body. A through-pipe, which is braced in particular in relation to the receptacle main body, is disposed in a cavity of the receptacle main body so as to be spaced apart from a cylinder barrel of the hollow-cylindrical receptacle main body.
Cutting insert and cutting tool
A cutting insert includes a cylindrical body portion, a cutting portion, a first fitting portion, a second fitting portion, and a third fitting portion. The cutting portion includes a rake face and a flank face. A ridgeline between the rake face and the flank face constitutes a cutting edge. When viewed in the axial direction, the cutting portion is provided opposite to the third fitting portion relative to the insertion hole. When viewed in the axial direction, a straight line extending through an outer circumferential end of the cutting edge and a center of the insertion hole overlaps with the third fitting portion and is located between the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion. A third central angle is smaller than a first central angle and is smaller than a second central angle.
Drilling device
A drilling device is provided and has a driving assembly disposed on a base for rotating a plurality of drills. As such, a plurality of drills can be actuated synchronously at a time point to effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the drilling cost.
FLUID DISPENSING DEVICE WITH COUPLING TO POWER-DRIVEN TURNING TOOLS AND TURNING TOOL COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention refers to a device that is coupled to motorised tools whose consumable or implement rotates, preferably tools of the portable or swivelling type, supplying fluids either to the surface on which the consumable or implement acts, or to the consumable or implement itself so that it performs its function correctly, having a reservoir in which pressure is generated for its use and the device and the tool or consumable that is used being independent and interchangeable, and having conventional means of attachment that allow it to be used in conventional tools without having to adapt the tool, the consumable or implement.
Tool Holder Having Anti-Vibration Arrangement with Two Masses and Cutting Tool Provided with Tool Holder
An elongated tool holder has a tool anti-vibration component constituting a mass housing portion provided with an enclosed interior cavity, and an anti-vibration arrangement occupying the enclosed interior cavity. The anti-vibration arrangement includes two vibration absorbing masses disposed within the holder cavity and elastically suspended therein by at least three resilient suspension members contacting an inwardly facing cavity wall surface. The two vibration absorbing masses are made from different materials and have different lengths. A cutting tool is provided with the tool holder.
CUTTING INSERT
A cutting insert for a cutting tool includes a body having a cutting edge, a rake face, and micro channels provided on the rake face adjacent the cutting edge. The micro channels define a grid pattern of micro channels that intersect each other in a region of the rake face where contact between a chip and the rake face is assumed to occur during cutting with the cutting insert.
BORING DEVICE
A boring device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a cutting edge; a drive unit that rotationally drives the cutting edge; a feed flow path through which a cooling liquid is fed to the cutting edge; and a tube pump that forces the cooling liquid in the feed flow path to flow to the cutting edge. The tube pump includes a feed tube constituting a part of the feed flow path and a first pressing mechanism that presses the feed tube, and the first pressing mechanism is driven by the drive unit.
Housing for an electric machine tool
A housing for an electric machine tool, in particular for a core drill, said housing in which a motor is accommodated, which has a motor shaft for driving a tool mount and to which cooling air is supplied through at least one air guide duct, which is delimited at one end by at least one air inlet and at the other end by at least one air outlet. A guide structure, providing air guidance for the cooling air and associated with a motor mount, in which the motor is at least partially accommodated, is disposed in the air guide duct downstream from the at least one air inlet.
TOOL BIT, A TOOLING ASSEMBLY FOR APPLYING A FLUID TO A SURFACE, AND A METHOD
A tool bit includes a body having an internal cavity extending along a longitudinal axis between a first distal end and a second distal end. A plurality of channels of the body extend transverse from the internal cavity of the body. The first distal end includes an inlet in fluid communication with the internal cavity and the plurality of channels. The body includes an outer surface having a plurality of outlets spaced from the second distal end. Each one of the plurality of outlets is in fluid communication with a corresponding one of the plurality of channels such that a fluid is deliverable into the body via the inlet and out of the body via the plurality of outlets. A tooling assembly for applying a fluid to a surface includes a workpiece and the tool bit as discussed above which is movable relative to the workpiece.
Holder for a broaching tool
Broaching tool comprising a cutting insert having a cutting edge and a holder for holding the cutting insert. The holder has a clamping region and a holding region, wherein the holding region comprises, at its end facing away from the clamping region, a seat for the cutting insert, which is configured and arranged such that, when the cutting insert is mounted in the seat, its cutting edge projects beyond the circumferential surface of the holding region. The holding region furthermore comprises, on its circumferential surface, a support for the cutting insert. A coolant channel extends into the inside of the holder, which coolant channel comprises two exit openings which, as seen in the circumferential direction, are arranged laterally adjacent to the support and/or in lateral surfaces of the support.
