Provided is an ultrasonic vibration processing device which can suppress vibration of components due to an ultrasonic vibrator and can perform processing using ultrasonic vibration in a preferable manner; the ultrasonic vibration processing device includes: a housing (10); an ultrasonic vibrator (20) including a horn portion (21A) to which a tool holder (70) is detachably attached and a piezoelectric element (23), the ultrasonic vibrator having a rear end located at a node of ultrasonic vibration and being supported inside the housing (10) so as to be rotatable; a connecting portion (30) stored in the housing (10) so as to be rotatable together with the ultrasonic vibrator (20); a motor (40) connected to the connecting portion (30); and a non-contact power supply unit (50) including a primary transformer (51) and a secondary transformer (52), the primary transformer (51) being fixed to the housing (10) and including a primary coil (51B) that receives high frequency power from an external power supply, the secondary transformer (52) being connected to the rear end of the ultrasonic vibrator (20) with a clearance maintained between the secondary transformer (52) and the primary transformer (51) and including a secondary coil (52B) that supplies an induced electromotive force to the piezoelectric element (23).

An ultrasonic spindle device with automatic tool changer is disclosed. The ultrasonic spindle device includes a housing member having an inner space along a longitudinal direction, a shaft member rotatably disposed in the inner space and having a hollow portion, an ultrasonic oscillation member disposed in the hollow portion and having a through hole, a drawbar member disposed in the hollow portion to move in a front-rear direction, a portion of the drawbar member being inserted into the through hole and passing through the ultrasonic oscillation member, a clamping member connected to a front end of the drawbar member and clamping a tool, a portion of the clamping member being disposed outside the housing member, a rotation means rotating the shaft member, and a cylinder member moving the drawbar member forward or backward along a longitudinal direction of the shaft member.
Ultrasonic Cutting Holder For Honeycomb Core
The present disclosure discloses an ultrasonic cutting holder for a honeycomb core, including a holder, a swing mechanism, a transducer, a first-stage amplitude transformer, a second-stage amplitude transformer, an ultrasonic cutting tool, and an ultrasonic power transmission mechanism. The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic cutting holder for a honeycomb core with large amplitude output capacity and considering the interchangeability requirements among different vibration systems, which solves the problem of the applicability of ultrasonic cutting holder on the universal machine tool and improves the automation level of ultrasonic cutting.
Replaceable tool holder
A replaceable tool holder includes a connector adapted to be engaged with and driven to rotate by a spindle, a tool chuck, of which an end is detachably engaged with the connector and another end is adapted to engage a tool, and an electronic component provided in a chamber inside the tool chuck. The connector is provided with a non-contact power transmission device. A passage is provided in the connector and the tool chuck, wherein a wire is disposed in the passage, transmitting electric power to serve the need of the electronic component. With such design, one connector can be used to connect tool chucks of different types or models. Therefore, a user could, as required, replace the connecting interface between the tool holder and the spindle or the connecting interface between the tool holder and the tool. Furthermore, the electronic component could be steadily supplied with electric power.

The angle formed between the first ridgeline and the second ridgeline is an acute angle. The rake face constitutes a cylindrical surface. The breaker face constitutes a flat surface.

The present invention relates to a device for generating an ultrasonic vibration of a tool used for the ultrasonic machining of a workpiece and for measuring ultrasonic vibration parameters of the ultrasonic vibration of the tool having a tool holder for receiving the tool, an ultrasonic transducer in the tool holder for generating the ultrasonic vibration of the tool, a sensor mechanism in the tool holder for producing a sensor signal on the basis of the ultrasonic vibration of the tool, and a sensor signal evaluation device for evaluating the sensor signal.

A tool holder for ultrasonic machining used in a machine which supplies power via a spindle is provided with a connector received in the spindle; a conductive ring disposed on the connector and electrically connected to the spindle so as that power is configured to supply to the tool holder; a tool mounting member including an axial hole for fastening a portion of a tool; and an oscillator for producing ultrasonic vibration disposed in the tool mounting member, the oscillator for producing ultrasonic vibration electrically connected to the conductive ring so that power supplied to the oscillator for producing ultrasonic vibration is configured to produce ultrasonic vibration of high frequency. The produced ultrasonic vibration of high frequency is transmitted to the tool via the axial hole.

A tool holder used in a machine which supplies power via a spindle and deliveries coolant is provided with a connector in the spindle; a conductive ring on the connector and electrically connected to the spindle so as that power is configured to supply to the tool holder; a tool mounting member including an axial hole for fastening a portion of a tool; an actuator in the tool mounting member and electrically connected to the conductive ring so that power is transmitted to the tool via the axial hole; an axial passageway through both the connector and the tool mounting member; and a waterproof dividing member for dividing the axial passageway into a first channel for delivering coolant and a second channel for passing a wire. The first channel is spaced from the second channel so that electric power transmission and coolant delivery are made independently.
