INTERLOCKING FRAME FOR COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL (CNC)
The present invention relates to a modular frame for CNC machining, comprising: a first side panel and a second side panel, each side panel for with an elongated base with a notch at either end and a vertical extension from the base with a notch at the distal end of the vertical extension; a first crossbeam and a second crossbeam, each crossbeam having a notch at either end, the notches on the crossbeam oriented in an opposing direction to the notches on the side panels; and a gantry beam, the gantry beam having a notch at either end, the notches on the gantry beam oriented in an opposing direction to the notches on the side panels, wherein the side panels, crossbeams and gantry beam are user-assembled into the modular frame via alignment and engagement of the respective notches on the crossbeams and gantry beam with the notches on the side panels, and wherein user assembly of the modular frame is performed without the use of tools.

An aeronautical aluminum alloy minimum-quantity-lubrication milling machining device includes a machine tool worktable and spindle connected with a machine tool power system. The spindle is connected with a tool holder that is fixed with a cutting tool. The machine tool worktable is provided with a machine tool fixture, the tool holder is connected with a minimum-quantity-lubrication mechanism, the machine tool fixture includes a fixture body that is fixedly provided with a limit block for contact with two adjacent side surfaces of a workpiece, the fixture body is provided with a plurality of clamping elements capable of pressing the workpiece against an upper surface of the fixture body, and a top of the clamping element is provided with a detection member for detecting a relative position between the clamping element and the spindle. The device can avoid interference and contact between a nozzle and the clamping element.

A numerical-control machine tool is provided and includes a load-bearing beam which extends horizontally, has two axial ends resting in sliding manner on two lateral shoulders that rise from a basement and extend horizontally side by side so as to define a longitudinal corridor orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the beam; a spindle-holding carriage which is movable on the load-bearing beam parallel to the longitudinal axis of the beam; a spindle-holding shaft which is fixed to the spindle-holding carriage in a vertical position, and is movable on the spindle-holding carriage parallel to its longitudinal axis; a front wall and a rear wall that close the two ends of the longitudinal corridor; an upper cover which closes the longitudinal corridor at the top; and an ambient conditioning unit which is adapted to bring and maintain the temperature of the air present inside the machining chamber around a given target value.
ALL-DIRECTIONAL PROFILING MACHINE
An all-directional profiling machine has a foundation. A profiling device is disposed on the foundation. The profiling device swings leftward and rightward at the same height relative to the foundation. An upright post is disposed at one end of the profiling device and has a terminal portion extending upward. A workbench is pivotally connected to the terminal portion of the upright post. The workbench tilts vertically and swings horizontally relative to the upright post. Therefore, the all-directional profiling machine performs a multi-angle profiling cutting process without demounting a workpiece repeatedly such that the processing of oblique surfaces is quicker, simpler and more precise, so as to not only meet various requirements of different processing angles but also feature enhanced processing efficiency.
MACHINE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE FOR EIFS PANELS
A levelling machine includes a pair of spaced apart rail assemblies, a gantry assembly and a face mill assembly. The spaced apart rail assemblies define an x axis. The gantry assembly is moveably attached to the pair of spaced apart rail assemblies whereby the gantry assembly defines a y axis. The gantry assembly is moveable in the x axis along the pair of spaced apart rail assemblies. The face mill assembly is moveably attached to the gantry assembly and is moveable in the y axis along the gantry assembly. The face mill assembly has a plurality of saw blades, the saw blades being generally in an x-y plane defined by the x axis and y axis. The saw blades have a plurality of teeth that extend downwardly generally in a z axis. The face mill assembly is moveable in the z axis.

A controller of a cutting device includes a first reference point detection processor detecting an actual position of a first reference point on a top surface of a first protrusion of a magazine, a second reference point detection processor detecting an actual position of a second reference point on a top surface of the second protrusion of the magazine, a sensor offset calculation processor calculating an offset of an actual position of a tool sensor of the magazine with respect to a designed position of the tool sensor based on the first reference point and the second reference point, a stocker offset calculation processor calculating an offset of an actual position of the stocker of the magazine with respect to a designed position of the stocker based on the first reference point and the second reference point, and a movement control processor controlling a movement mechanism based on the offset of the tool sensor and the offset of the stocker.
Machine tool, in particular multi-spindle milling machine
The present invention relates to embodiments of a machine tool, in particular a multi-spindle milling machine, comprise a machine frame, a workpiece clamping device for clamping a workpiece, an axis slide assembly arranged on the machine frame, and a spindle carrier assembly which is arranged on the machine frame and has at least two tool-carrying work spindles. The axis slide assembly is configured to linearly move the workpiece clamped at the workpiece clamping device by way of three controllable linear axes X, Y and Z. The work spindles are arranged at a turret which can be rotated or swiveled about a turret axis at respectively equal distance from the turret axis, and the spindle axes of the work spindles are aligned or can be aligned in parallel to one another and in parallel to the turret axis.
FIVE AXIS MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool has at least 5 axes. A tool holder assembly permits a tool holder spindle to be displaced relative to the frame along a first axis of translation and along a second axis of translation perpendicular to the first axis of translation and implementing slides in a plane forming an angle of between +40 and +50 relative to the first axis of translation. A part holder assembly permits a part to be displaced along a third axis of translation perpendicular to the other axes of translation, about a first axis of rotation parallel to the third axis of translation and about a second axis of rotation perpendicular to the first axis of rotation. The length of the precision path connecting the part to the tool via the frame and the assemblies of the machine is less than 1600 mm.

The present invention relates to a machine tool 100 for machining a workpiece, said machine tool 100 having the following: a support portion 30 on which at least one vertical guide 18, 32 is disposed; a machining unit 10 for machining a workpiece on the machine tool 100, said machining unit 10 being guided so as to be vertically movable on the at least one vertical guide 18, 32 of the support portion 30; a drive mechanism 20 having at least one drive 21 and at least one gearbox 22, said drive mechanism 20 being specified for driving a relocation of the machining unit 10 in the vertical direction along the at least one vertical guide 18, 32 of the support portion 30, wherein the machining unit is suspended from one or a plurality of gearbox portions of the at least one gearbox 22 of the drive mechanism 20 in such a manner that the centre of gravity 101 of the machining unit 10 conjointly with an effective point 12 of the suspension 11 of the machining unit 10 on the drive mechanism 20 is disposed in a common vertically oriented straight line 23.
