A production line for recycling and processing waste materials of steel rolling, the production line including: an electromagnetic hoisting equipment; a conveying platform; a clamping-and-feeding device; a segmentation shear; a swing conveyor device; a pushing device; a rolling-type shearing machine; a chain-type conveyor track; a material guiding device; two shredding-type shearing machines; and a scrap collection device. The electromagnetic hoisting equipment is connected to the conveying platform, and is configured to hoist waste materials of steel rolling to the conveying platform; the conveying platform is connected to the clamping-and-feeding device, and is configured to convey the waste materials to the clamping-and-feeding device; the segmentation shear cooperates with the clamping-and-feeding device and is configured to segment the waste materials of steel rolling into steel plates; the pushing device is configured to push the steel plates to the rolling-type shearing machine.
Steel plate double-pre-stacking system for single shear line, and stacking method thereof
A dual pre-stacking system of steel plates for a single cutting line and a stacking method therefor. The dual pre-stacking system comprises: a cooling bed inspection stand, a crop shear with a cut-to-length function, a bilateral shear, 1#inkjet printer, a front pre-stacker, a cut-to-length shear, a length and thickness gauge, 2#inkjet printer, surface check/size inspection and fitting, and a rear pre-stacker arranged in order along the roller. The dual pre-stacking system and the stacking method therefor of the present invention solves the problem that the inkjet printing, size fitting and pre-stacking in the later zone of the cutting line are slow when producing steel plates with high magnification, simultaneously performs pre-stacking operation after bilateral cutting and surface check in one cutting line, achieves synchronous inkjet printing/imprinting, size fitting and pre-stacking of the steel plates at two sites along the cutting line.

A slitting machine for threading scrap material includes first and second arbors; rotary knives disposed on each of the first and second arbors; and a pair of notching modules positioned on opposite ends of the first and second arbors. The notching modules each has a pair of shear knives for making multiple cuts in a strip of material passing through the slitting machine forming notches to enable threading of material to scrap chutes from the slitting machine.

A method for combined shearing of a steel plate adopts a combination of unrolling and pendulum shearing with laser cutting, wherein after a steel roll is cut by unrolling and pendulum shearing to obtain sheets having a specified length, a part or all of the sheets are directly conveyed to a stack as finished sheet materials and the other part or all of the sheets are transferred to a laser cutting line by means of lateral material discharge from a unrolling and pendulum cutting line, and are picked up by a loading robot and moved to a laser cutting position to subject to a secondary cutting, so as to finally obtain profiled sheet materials which are picked up by a discharged material handling and stacking robot for an operation of stacking the finished products. By a method and system for combined shearing of a steel plate, the present invention achieves laser cutting of a profiled material by lateral material discharge from a blanking from a pendulum cutting line, and can share other functional segments of a production line; meanwhile, two blanking methods are combined to achieve cutting of a sheet of any shape, optimizing and improving the function of the production line and reducing the footprint and equipment investment costs.
