Hole saw dust collection device
The hole saw dust collection device comprises a dust cover, an inner hole cutter, an outer hole cutter, a plurality of motion transfer rollers, and a hand crank handle. The hole saw dust collection device may saw a rectangular hole in a target surface using the outer hole cutter. The outer hole cutter may be directed along a rectangular path inside of the dust cover by a plurality of outer rollers. Rotation of the inner hole cutter may be transferred to the outer hole cutter via contact between the inner hole cutter, a plurality of inner rollers, the plurality of outer rollers, and the outer hole cutter. Saw dust produced by cutting the target surface may be suctioned from the interior of the dust cover by a vacuum cleaner that is coupled to the dust cover.
CUTTING GRINDER AND METHOD FOR CUTTING THROUGH A RAIL OF A TRACK
A cutting grinder for cutting through a rail of a track includes a detection device for detecting a proposed cutting position. The cutting grinder guarantees simple, user-friendly and efficient through-cutting of the rail.
COPING SYSTEM
A power tool used to perform a coping cut including a main housing, a motor disposed within the main housing, a drive shaft driven by the motor about a rotational axis, a handle extending from the main housing, and an abrasive disc coupled to and driven by the drive shaft about the rotational axis. The motor is an outer rotor brushless direct current motor capable of rotating at 4,000 surface feet per minute at 1.5 inch-pounds of torque.
PANEL SAW
The invention relates to a panel saw (1) for cutting plate-shaped workpieces (2) into multiple sections, comprising: a machine base frame (3); a workpiece support (4) with a sawing slot (5); a saw aggregate (7), which is arranged below the workpiece support (4), wherein a circular saw blade (6) is arranged on the saw aggregate (7), which circular saw blade (6) in a sawing position (34) protrudes through the sawing slot (5) and is displaceable in a sawing direction (8); a holding-down device (9) for clamping the workpiece (2) on the workpiece support (4); a positioning device (12) for positioning the workpiece (2).
MACHINE-TOOL SYSTEM, PARTICULARLY FOR WORK ON A RAILWAY LINE
A machine-tool system, particularly for work on a railway line, having at least one machine-tool such as an abrasive rail saw, and a device for driving the machine. The machine-tool is provided with an electric motor powered by an electric battery which is advantageously arranged in an assembly that can be worn by the operator of the machine and is connected to the motor by a power discharge cable.
CUT-OFF SAW
A power tool includes a housing, a trigger, a motor supported within the housing, a saw blade interconnected to the housing by a support arm and drivably coupled to the motor, a main handle integrally formed with the housing, an auxiliary handle coupled to the housing and disposed between the saw blade and the main handle, and a battery receptacle defined by the housing and positioned beneath the main handle. The battery receptacle is configured to receive a battery pack to supply electrical current to the motor. The power tool further includes a splash guard integrally formed with the housing and positioned between the battery receptacle and the saw blade.
Apparatus and Method for Automated Blade Change for Tissue Saw
A blade storage array is detachably mountable with a tissue log cutting saw. The saw has a cutting arm with a tool holder receptacle adapted and configured to hold a circular saw blade for the saw. The array has a plurality of storage units. Each storage unit is adapted and configured to store a circular saw blade for the saw. Each storage unit has a tool holder receptacle adapted and configured to hold a circular saw blade. Each storage unit is adapted and configured to move perpendicularly to the saw blade center axis.
Apparatus for Successively Cutting and Driving a Shaft
A shaft driving tool incorporating a cylindrical body having an upper end and having a vertically extending hollow bore, the vertically extending hollow bore having a wall; female helical threads fixedly attached to the wall of the vertically extending hollow bore; a helically threaded screw shaft received within the vertically extending hollow bore, the helically threaded screw shaft having a shaft engaging lower end and having an upper end; shaft hub clamping set screws fixedly attached to the cylindrical body, the shaft screw clamping set screws being positioned at a lower end of the cylindrical body; and a drill or socket driver adapter fixedly attached to or formed wholly with an upper end of the helically threaded screw shaft, the drill or socket driver adapter extending upwardly from the helically threaded screw shaft.
PIPE CUTTING TOOL
An example pipe cutting tool includes a plurality of actuators and a plurality of cutters. Each of the plurality of cutters is connected to at least one separate actuator of the plurality of actuators. The at least one separate actuator is configured to move the cutter between a pre-deployed and deployed position. The deployed position is beyond the pre-deployed position. The plurality of cutters may include a first and second cutter, with the at least one separate actuator connected to the second cutter moving based, at least in part, on one or more cutting conditions. An example method of cutting a pipe includes extending a first cutter to contact the pipe, cutting at least a portion of the pipe using the first cutter, detecting a cutting condition, extending a second cutter based, at least in part, on the cutting condition, and resuming the cutting using the second cutter.
Saw assembly
A saw assembly for cutting a workpiece is disclosed. The saw assembly includes a platform for supporting the saw assembly on a surface. The saw assembly further includes a table assembly having a saw for cutting the workpiece and a table surface for supporting the workpiece during cutting. The table assembly is pivotably coupled to the platform and is adapted to pivot relative to the platform to position the table surface at an inclination relative to the surface.
