Additive Repair Device For Internal Threads
An additive repair device for internal threads is provided. The device includes a moving assembly, a rotating assembly, a speed regulation assembly, a gear assembly, an additive assembly, and a connecting assembly. The moving assembly includes a drive part and a linear movement mechanism. The additive assembly is connected to the linear movement mechanism through the connecting assembly. One end, which is far away from the drive part, of the linear movement mechanism is connected to an input end of the speed regulation assembly through the gear assembly. The rotating assembly includes a clutch mechanism and a clamping mechanism. The clutch mechanism includes a clutch outer gear and a clutch inner gear. The clutch outer gear is arranged at an output end of the speed regulation assembly. The clamping mechanism is fixed to one end, which is far away from the speed regulation assembly, of the clutch inner gear.
REPAIRING TOOL FOR ELECTRIC WIRE THREADING HEAD
A repairing tool for an electric wire threading head for pressing and squeezing a drawing-in wire of the electric wire includes a first holding part, a second holding part opposite to the first holding part, and two positioning bolts for fastening the first holding part and the second holding part. A first half screw hole and a second half screw hole are protrudingly formed on the first holding part and the second holding part to form a complete screw hole. The drawing-in wire is pressed and squeezed through the positive rotation or reverse rotation of the repairing tool to form an external screw thread part and increase a screw thread area, and the surface of the external screw thread part is applied with instant dry adhesive and rotated into a pulling head, so that the drawing-in wire is closely adhered to the pulling head and tensile strength is improved.
DIE CLEANING DEVICE
A die cleaning device includes a device body comprising a chassis; a plate assembly movably mounted to the device body and comprising a cleaning plate, the cleaning plate configured to engage a die slot of a die and dislodge excess material trapped within the die slot; a lift mechanism configured to move the cleaning plate relative to the chassis between at least a lowered position and a raised position, wherein, in the lowered position, the cleaning plate is disengaged from the die slot, and in the raised position, the cleaning plate engages the die slot; and a drive mechanism configured to laterally move the cleaning plate relative to the chassis within the die slot.
Autonomous robotic thread for repairing structures
Embodiments of the present invention provides an approach for repairing defects in a structure, located in difficult to reach area, by using a self-guiding and self-melting robotic thread. The approach can use an external guidance system to find the target location of the structure and deploy a robotic thread to the defective area. Portion of the robotic thread contains a filler material can have similar materials to the structure. After the system has determined the size, length and volume of the repair, the system calculates the required length of the robotic thread and guides the thread to the defective area. Once the robotic thread is in place, the filler material begins to melt via heat. The filler material, in a melted and pliable state, can flow into the defect area. Once cooled, the filler material can now support the structure.
THREAD CLEANING METHOD AND APPARATUS
An apparatus and method for cleaning a threaded section having a first thread adapted to receive a counterpart threaded section having a second thread, the apparatus comprising a source of rotational movement, rotational means for operatively connecting either the threaded section or the counterpart threaded section or the threaded section to the source of rotational movement, and fixing means for fixing either (1) the counterpart threaded section to impede rotational movement the counterpart threaded section when the threaded section is operatively connected to the source of rotational movement or (2) the threaded section to impede rotational movement the threaded section when the counterpart threaded section is operatively connected to the source of rotational movement.
Fitting repair tool
A Fitting Repair Tool is a cross shaped device with each distal end of the cross having a unique low pressure gas fitting tool. The tool may be utilized for flammable, oxidizers and inert gas containers.
Cold rolling devices and cold rolled rotary shouldered connection threads
A device for cold rolling a thread on a tubular support member of a rotary shouldered thread connection includes obtaining an original root depth of a thread root, cold rolling the thread until a minimum increased root depth tolerance is achieved.

Dental implantoplasty tool for treatment of peri-implantis in dental implants
A dental tool for resurfacing thread forms of a dental implant is disclosed. The tool includes a main body having a cylindrical member with a slot. A blade having a head is inserted in the slot to orient the head to protrude from the interior surface of the cylindrical member of the main body. The main body may be rotated into traversing a thread form of the implant. A compression sleeve is inserted over the main body. The compression sleeve has an open position and a closed position to hold the blade in the slot. The compression sleeve may be flexed by relative movement of the blades to resurface threads of a tapered dental implant.
Rotary cutter for cutting damaged threads of a bolt
A rotary cutter for cutting damaged threads of a bolt includes a body rotatable about a rotating axis. The body includes a connecting end and an operative end. The body includes an inner periphery delimiting a cutting space extending along the rotating axis from the operative end towards but spaced from the connecting end. A width of the cutting space in a diametric direction perpendicular to the rotating axis gradually reduces from the operative end toward the connecting end to form a conic space. The body further includes at least one cutting blade disposed on the inner periphery. The at least one cutting blade includes a first cutting blade section and a second cutting blade section. The first cutting blade section is arcuate or rectilinear. The second cutting blade section is arcuate or rectilinear. The first and second cutting blade sections are not identical.
