The planetary reduction gear has a first output shaft and a second output shaft in which, by fixing one of the first and second output shaft, the other functions as an output shaft for driving. The first output shaft is used to pivot the pivoting frame, and the second output shaft is used to move the carry-in/out arm back and forth.
DOCKING STATION FOR A WORKPIECE HOLDER IN A DRIVERLESS TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A device for transporting workpieces includes a manufacturing execution system (MES), a driverless transport vehicle controllable indirectly or directly by the MES, a workpiece holder for receiving a workpiece, and a docking station for receiving the workpiece holder. The docking station is reachable by the driverless transport vehicle. The device further includes a position sensor connected indirectly or directly to the MES. The position sensor is configured for detecting a position of the workpiece holder at the docking station.
Machine tool and machine tool system
A machine tool includes a base, a table, a main spindle, and a trunnion unit. The table is installed on the base. A tool is mounted to the main spindle. The main spindle is caused to approach a workpiece on the table along an up-down direction. The trunnion unit is configured to rotatably hold the table on which the workpiece is placed using a rotation axis along a front-rear direction as a center. The trunnion unit is disposed movable in a right-left direction.
Platform for robots
A feeding system for feeding workpieces to a device by means of a robot comprises a feeding station and at least one transport carriage, wherein the feeding station comprises a robot fastening section and is designed that a workpiece holder can be held in the feeding station in a holding position defined in relation to the robot fastening section from which a robot attached to the robot fastening section can grasp the workpieces. The transport carriage also has at least one holding device for holding a workpiece holder in a first holding position. The feed system comprises a coupling section wherein the transport carriage can be coupled to the feeding station using a coupling device in such a way that a workpiece holder held in the transport carriage in the first holding position is brought into the receiving position after the transport carriage has been coupled with the coupling section. A method for feeding workpieces to a device and the use of a feed system is provided.
GRIPPING AND POSITIONING ASSEMBLY FOR TRANSPORTING A CLAMPING DEVICE BETWEEN DIFFERENT POSITIONS
A gripping and positioning assembly for transporting a holding device between different positions includes a coupling arrangement for separably coupling the gripping and positioning assembly to the holding device and holding the holding device securely during transport. The gripping and positioning assembly has an integrated drive for moving the holding device between a hold and a release position to allow the operation of the holding device between a holding and a release position as well as a transporting of the holding device. The coupling arrangement has one or more aligning elements to provide an interlocking connection to the holding device.
WORKPIECE STOCKER
A workpiece stocker houses a workpiece setting member such that the workpiece setting member is able to be pulled out from a housed position to a vehicle working position side and an opposite vehicle working position side. An automated transport system identifies a target workpiece stocker and a target workpiece setting member for an operation to be performed by a robot mounted on an automated guided vehicle and drives a pullout restriction mechanism unit to prevent the workpiece setting member from being pulled out to the opposite vehicle working position side or being pulled out to the vehicle working position side before the automated guided vehicle arrives at a working position and the robot pulls out the workpiece setting member to the vehicle working position side after the identification.
