A machining system including a base; multiple work modules arranged in an arrangement direction on the base, at least one of the multiple work modules being a processing module, which processes a work with a tool, provided with a main shaft head including a main shaft on which a tool is attached and a main shaft rotating device that rotates the main shaft; a head raising and lowering device that moves the main shaft head in a vertical direction; a head moving device that moves the main shaft head in a horizontal plane by moving it in two perpendicular directions; and a work table that holds a work; the processing module being configured so as to be pulled from the base along a path extending in an intersecting direction, which is a direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction.
Machining center
A machining center including a machine main body, an upper section of which supports a head moving device and a head raising and lowering device, configured such that a tool magazine is stored inside the machine main body, and with a magazine moving device configured to move the tool magazine such that, during tool exchange, the tool magazine is advanced to protrude from a side of the machine main body, so that, from the multiple tool holders, the tool holder used for exchange is positioned inside the movement range of the main shaft by the head moving device, and wherein the entire tool magazine is able to be moved beyond the movement range of the tool magazine by the magazine moving device to a position outside of the machine main body and detached from the machine main body.
Processing machine line
There is provided a processing machine line in which it is possible to confirm predetermined information on one machine tool at one time in a plurality of screens, a plurality of machine tools are disposed being lined up, respective control devices of the plurality of machine tools are connected to each other via a line concentrator, display units of the plurality of machine tools are connected to the control devices, and the display unit displays predetermined information on a machine tool on which the display unit is mounted out of the plurality of machine tools, and displays predetermined information on another machine tool.
Machining system

MACHINING SYSTEM
Provided is a highly practical machining system. Machining is sequentially performed by the multiple machining modules with respect to a workpiece. At least one of the multiple machining modules is a vertical lathe module. It is possible to configure a compact system in which machining can be performed by a vertical lathe.
Assembly and/or processing machine, production line formed thereby and production plant
Machines, such as assembly and/or processing machines are disclosed. The machine may include a working chamber for assembling and/or processing of a component and a transport device configured to transport the component into the working chamber. A moveable housing may be configured to temporarily shield the working chamber during the assembly and/or processing of the component in the working chamber. The housing may include a viewing window which, when the housing is closed, allows observation of the assembly and/or processing of the component in the working chamber. An operating and display unit may be arranged on a movable part of the housing and is movable together therewith.
Manufacturing system
A manufacturing system including a base and multiple work machine modules that are arranged in an arrangement direction on base to be attachable to and detachable from base, in which one wheel of a pair provided on work machine module is engaged with one rail of a pair provided on base in a state in which positional deviation in the arrangement direction is prohibited, and the other wheel of the pair is engaged with the other rail of the pair in a state in which positional deviation is permitted in the arrangement direction, thereby the position of work machine modules on the base in the arrangement direction is specified, and work machine modules are fixed at a setting position on the base to be restricted so as to be drawn toward the base by a module fixing mechanism that is provided on the base.
MACHINING UNIT WITH A MOVABLE CARRIAGE
A machining unit including at least one machining module. The machining module includes a protective compartment that delimits an enclosure and has a front door, which can go from a closed position to an open position defining an opening. A machining assembly is provided with a tool-holder and a part-holder. A movable carriage receives the machining assembly and can slide on a guide device, between a first position in which the machining assembly is accommodated in the enclosure and a second position in which the carriage projects from the protective compartment via the opening and the machining assembly is situated outside the enclosure. In the first position, the front door can be closed for the purpose of carrying out machining of a part by the machining assembly. The second position permits access to the machining assembly from the exterior of the protective compartment.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool includes at least first and second machining units being disposed adjacent each other in a first axial direction, movable independently of each other in second and third axial directions and disposed on a common machine bed. Stand units on both sides of the machining units are spaced apart from each other in the first axial direction. In order to provide high production flexibility and easy and cost-effective production and use, the machining units are guided by upper and lower guides and are movable independently of each other in the first, second and third axial direction, and/or the machine tool has a working width permitting at least one third machining unit to be provided and removed again in the first axial direction adjacent the first and/or the second machining unit. All of the machining units are structurally identical and/or have the same travel paths.
