DEVICE FOR PROCESSING THE RUNNING EDGES OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT
The invention relates to an apparatus for machining the running edges of a sporting device, more particularly a ski or a snowboard, comprising a transport apparatus, which can be temporarily connected to the sporting device, for the automated movement of the sporting device in a movement sequence having, at least in parts, a movement direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sporting device, wherein the following are located one behind the other in said movement sequence of the sporting device: a lower-edge machining unit for machining a lower surface of at least one running edge, said lower surface laterally adjoining the running-surface covering of the sporting device; a lateral-edge machining unit for machining a lateral surface of the at least one running edge, said lateral surface adjoining the bottom of the lateral surface of the sporting device; and a deburring unit for removing a burr formed by the lateral-edge machining unit on the at least one running edge.
FRAME CLEANING MACHINE
A machine for cleaning/deburring sides of rectangular parts includes four brushes. The four brushes include a first pair of brushes adapted to clean two opposite sides of the rectangular parts and a second pair of brushes adapted to clean remaining two opposite sides of the rectangular parts. The machine also includes a mounting frame for mounting the four brushes. The four brushes are mounted on the mounting frame such that axes of rotation of the first pair of brushes and one of the brushes out of the second pair of brushes lie in a common plane, and the remaining brush of the second pair of brushes is placed offset from said common plane so that the first pair of brushes engage with complete side face without interfering with the second pair of brushes.
UNIT FOR DEBURRING AND ROUNDING EDGES IN A SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE
The present invention relates to an edge machining unit for a surface grinder, comprising: a plurality of cylindrical rotary brushes with a cylindrical surface and a plurality of brushes on said cylindrical surface, wherein each cylindrical rotary brush has a first axis of rotation, which corresponds to a central longitudinal axis of the cylindrical rotary brush, a first drive unit for driving each rotary brush in a rotational movement about its first axis of rotation, a plurality of second axes of rotation, which plurality is not parallel to the first axis of rotation, wherein each first axis of rotation is disposed so as to rotate about one of the second axes of rotation, a second drive unit for moving every first axis of rotation in rotation about its second axis of rotation, and a third axis of movement, wherein the second axes of rotation are guided for a movement guided by the third axis of movement, and a third drive unit for moving the second axes of rotation in a movement guided by the third axis of movement.
GRINDING DEVICE
A grinding device includes a first arm including at a tip thereof at least one grinding member configured to grind a workpiece, the first arm causing at least one grinding member to reciprocate linearly, and a second arm including at a tip thereof a gripping part configured to grip the workpiece, the second arm causing the workpiece to rock through repetitive two-way rotations.
AUTOMATIC WHEEL FRONT BURR REMOVING DEVICE
Disclosed is an automatic wheel front burr removing device, including a station rotating motor, a station I manipulator, a station II manipulator, a station III manipulator, a station IV manipulator, a rim burr cutter head, a feeding slide plate I, guide posts I, cylinders I, a servo motor I, a feeding slide plate II, guide posts II, cylinders II, a servo motor II and a vision sensor. The station I is a wheel positioning and clamping station; the station II is a wheel rim burr removing station; the station III is a wheel cap section burr removing station; and the station IV is a wheel loosening and transferring station.
EDGE PROCESSING DEVICE FOR MOLDED POWDER COMPACT AND EDGE PROCESSING METHOD FOR MOLDED POWDER COMPACT
An edge processing device includes:conveying means that convey a molded powder compact, a first rotating tool disposed on one side and a second rotating tool disposed on the other side and rotating in a direction identical to a direction the first rotating tool rotates. The first rotating tool contacts from an upstream side with a first corner portion between one side surface of a processing target portion of the molded powder compact and a rear surface of the processing target portion. The second rotating tool contacts from a downstream side with a second corner portion between the other side surface of the processing target portion and a front surface of the processing target portion. The second rotating tool faces the first rotating tool with the conveying path therebetween, and is positionally displaced to the downstream side with respect to the first rotating tool.
A MACHINE TOOL FOR MULTIPLE WORKING OF SURFACES OF BODIES
A machine tool for multiple working for material removal from surfaces of bodies including a working station in which a plurality of rotary tools are positioned around a feed trajectory of said bodies; and guide means in which the bodies to be worked are made to translate one after another along said feed trajectory with a predetermined orientation position. At least one pair of rotary tools of said working station, intended to interact with the surfaces to be worked, inside slits in said bodies, in combination with each other and with guide means provided with partitions, help to keep said bodies in position during their related transit through said working station.
Deburring machine abrasive belt, chamfering-deburring machine that deburrs twice per rotation, and deburring method
The present invention relates to a one-circle two-chamfer deburring machine and a deburring method comprising the following steps after starting up: (1) The upper wheelhead motor drives the upper grinding belt to rotate horizontally (2) the lower wheelhead motor drives the lower grinding belt to rotate horizontally and (3) when a deburred workpiece goes through a passage formed by the active feeding roller row and the upper grinding belt, an upper abrasive block elastically contacts surface of the workpiece and, under the drive of the upper wheelhead motor and the upper active drum, polishes and deburrs the front side of the workpiece twice; the lower abrasive block elastically contacts the surface of the workpiece and, under the drive of the lower wheelhead motor and the lower active drum, polishes and deburrs the back side of the workpiece twice.
Machine and Method for Machining Workpieces of Wood, Plastic Material and the Like
With the machine, workpieces are machined as they pass through the machine. At least one of the spindles of the machine is coupled with an adjusting unit with which the spindle, for producing a contour on the workpiece, can be adjusted transverse to the throughfeed direction of the workpiece during workpiece throughfeed. The adjustment of the adjusting unit is realized as a function of the advancing speed of the workpiece and/or the workpiece position upon throughfeed of the workpiece. The adjusting unit has such a stiffness and/or low clearance and/or positioning precision that the end products machined from the workpieces after exiting from the machine can be used without further post-machining. The end products have such a geometry precision and surface quality that further post-machining is no longer required.
