RAIL GRINDING MACHINE DISPLACEABLE MANUALLY ON THE RAILS OF A TRACK
A rail grinding machine, which is displaceable manually on the rails of a track in a longitudinal direction with a machine frame supportable on a rail by way of guide rolls and a grinding apparatus mounted on the machine frame in such a way as to be pivotable about a pivoting axis running in the longitudinal direction has a grinding drive motor with a drive shaft for a grinding tool to be arranged below the drive motor, the grinding tool being drivable for rotation. A blower is arranged above the grinding tool which moves air downwardly past the drive motor and the grinding tool.
GRINDING MACHINE FOR GRINDING A RAIL OF A TRACK
A grinding machine, manually displaceable on a track, for grinding a rail of the track, includes a support frame which is guided on the rails via two rail guides and on which is disposed a drive motor coupled to a vertically adjustable grinding member. The rail guides each include a quick-change device in which one of at least two interchangeable rail guiding systems is fastened.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR GRINDING A PROFILE
The invention relates to a method and a device (1) for grinding a profile of a rail track intended for rail-bound vehicles using a grinding body. The support is arranged on the device (1) for translatory movement in a plane transverse to the profile by means of a guide (12) and can be applied against the profile by a contact element (13, 14) such that the support carrying the grinding body automatically aligns itself in the transverse plane in respect of the profile and in respect of the device (1). Furthermore, the support for the grinding body can be moved in a translatory oscillating manner parallel to a longitudinal axis of the profile during rotational movement, such that a profile section is worked by the grinding body multiple times and the grinding outcome is substantially improved by the translatory movement.
Grinding Machine for Grinding the Rails of a Track
A grinding machine, manually displaceable on a track in a longitudinal direction of the track, for grinding rails of the track. The grinding machine includes a support frame which is designed for rolling on the rails via guide rollers and which carries an energy module and a work module. The work module has a pivotable grinding unit. The grinding unit includes an electric motor and a grinding tool powered by the same. The grinding unit is supported in a motor frame for pivoting about a longitudinal axis, and the motor frame is adjustably mounted relative to the support frame.
Rail processing device and method
A rail processing device (1) comprising at least a first (3A) and a second work station (3B) provided on a common frame (30), and configured to alternately lock a rail (2) when the latter is being processed, each work station (3A, 3B) comprising at least a first magnetic anchorage plane (4) configured to cooperate with a web (2A) of the rail (2) when the latter is being processed in the respective station, and a transport system (50A, 50B) to move the rail (2) from the first work station (3A) to the second work station (3B) and vice versa.
Joint sawing system for concrete barriers
A system and a method for sawing control joints in concrete barriers is provided. The system includes a barrier mounting frame slidably mountable about the barrier, on the top, first and second lateral faces of the barrier. The system also includes a saw attachment having a circular saw attached thereto, the circular saw being manually operable. A linkage assembly connects the frame mounting barrier to the saw attachment, and allows to manually move the circular saw up or down, and towards or away from the barrier, when in use, to create the control joint transversally along the top, first and second lateral faces of the barrier.
Enhanced rail grinding system and method thereof
Rail grinders and related methods of rail grinding in which custom grinding patterns are continually updated based upon an operational status of the rail grinder. The rail grinder includes a plurality of individual grinding modules that are individually arranged to generate the custom grinding patterns for individual rail segments. The custom grinding patterns allow the rail grinder to grind a desired rail profile for each rail segment in a minimum number of grinder passes and at a maximum operating speed for the rail grinder. Utilizing a variety of inputs including current rail conditions, desired rail profile, rail segment type, available grinding modules and grinding module style, a processing system either on-board or remotely located from the rail grinder can iteratively develop a custom grinding pattern that is temporally unique to each rail segment.
Travel path grinding and travel path grinding method
A grinding device of a travel path, on which traveling wheels of a rail-type vehicle roll, includes a grinder which grinds a surface layer of a travel path, a frame on which the grinder is provided, and a device traveling wheel mounted on the frame. The device traveling wheel rolls along the travel path on the top surface of the standard rail extending in the extending direction of the travel path.
Railroad track tool apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a railroad track tool apparatus. The apparatus comprises a tool configured to perform an operation to the rail of the railroad track, a clamp assembly, and a coupling. The clamp assembly is moveable between a clamped position and an unclamped position to removably couple the tool with the rail. The clamp assembly is moveable along the rail. The coupling is configured to couple the tool to the clamp assembly. The coupling comprises a pivot, a linkage assembly comprising an arm coupled to the pivot, and a head coupled to the linkage assembly. The coupling is configured such that the tool is moveable between an inner side and an outer side of the rail, rotatable toward and away from the inner side or the outer side of the rail, and rotatable toward and away from an underside of the rail.
Rust removing device for elevator guide rail
The present invention relates to a rust removing device for an elevator guide rail and aims at solving a problem of great time and labor taken and insufficient rust removal due to that rust of existing guide rail is removed manually. The rust removing device comprises: a support; a rust removal rack, mounted on the support and covering guide rail; and a rust removal material, arranged on a U-shaped inner wall of the rust removal rack and fitted with a surface of the guide rail. The rust removing device of the present invention has advantages that the rust of the guide rail is removed automatically instead of being removed manually, featured by a high rust removing speed, energy saving, simple maintenance, and less influence on users due to long-time service stop because of rust removal.
