ATTACHMENT AND HANDLING DEVICE WITH AN ATTACHMENT
An attachment for a mobile handling device is configured for processing walls or ceilings. The attachment comprises a mounting unit that is arranged to be supported at a mounting interface of the handling device, a processing head that is arranged to be equipped with at least one tool for material-removing processing or smoothing processing, and a compensation arrangement that is arranged between the mounting unit and the processing head and that defines a longitudinal axis. The mounting unit provides at least two pivot positions for the attachment that are offset from one another. The processing head is movable relative to the mounting unit in a longitudinal direction along the longitudinal axis. The compensation arrangement is configured to provide a defined contact pressure force for the processing head in a defined operating range along the longitudinal axis towards the surface to be processed.
ROTATIONAL CONTROL STRUCTURE OF PNEUMATIC TOOL
A rotational control structure of a pneumatic tool includes a housing provided with a cylinder unit. The cylinder unit has a bottom wall with two through holes and a guide post extending outwardly. The guide post has a gas passage and a gas outlet. The guide post is closely connected with a rotatable control ring leaning against the bottom wall. A sealing ring is provided between the bottom wall and the guide post. The control ring has a control passage therein. The control ring is rotatable for the control passage to communicate with one of the through holes of the bottom wall, thereby controlling the forward/reverse rotation of the pneumatic tool.

A portable rasping platform for rasping a top surface of a wall panel includes a plurality of adjustable leveling supports, a pair of support rails, and a drum rasp assembly. The drum rasp assembly includes a drum rasp, a motor coupled to the drum rasp and configured to rotate the drum rasp at a suitable speed, and a truss frame supporting the drum rasp and configured to roll along the pair of support rails. The pair of support rails are configured to be positioned on the plurality of adjustable leveling supports arranged in parallel a certain space apart, and the plurality of adjustable leveling supports are configured to support the wall panel. The drum rasp is configured to pass over and treat the top surface of the wall panel as the drum rasp assembly is displaced along the pair of support rails.
Apparatus and method for surface finishing
An apparatus for surface finishing includes a robot and an end effector. The end effector includes a compliance wrist having an axis of movement and coupled to the robot and a grinder tool coupled to the compliance wrist. The robot is configured to controllably position the end effector in three-dimensional space. The compliance wrist is configured to bias the grinder tool to a biased position relative to the robot and enable the grinder tool to move relative to the robot in response to an external force acting upon the grinder tool.
