The present disclosure relates to a vibration polishing device, comprising: a vibration drive for generating an oscillating vibration for polishing samples; a polishing disc which is connected to and can be driven by the vibration drive; and a polishing bowl which is designed to receive a polishing medium and the samples to be polished and is coupled to the polishing disc; wherein the coupling between the polishing bowl and the polishing disc is accomplished by a quick-type coupling for transferring the oscillating vibrations from the polishing disc to the polishing bowl when the vibration polishing device is in operation and thereby to move the sample to be polished in the polishing bowl.

The magnetic field generating device dynamically adjusts a distance from the magnetic yoke to the outer surface of the workpiece through the springs. The movement tracks of the magnetic finishing medium are controlled by the formed rotation of the magnetic field, the finishing action force dynamic-adjustment, the optimization of the machining form of the magnetic finishing medium in collaboration with the rotation of the chuck clamp and the feed movement of the precise displacement platform.

A system for screening deburring media during deburring operations of a hardware part comprises a deburring machine comprising a media slurry basin, a deburring media slurry disposed in the media slurry basin, and a media screening device freely movable within the deburring media slurry to define a dynamic zone of capture to capture noncompliant media. The media screening device can comprise a housing defining an inner chamber, and can comprise a plurality of openings each sized to restrict compliant deburring media from passing through the opening, and each opening sized to permit passage of noncompliant deburring media into the inner chamber. Each opening can comprise a counterbore. The media screening device can comprises at least one removable housing body removably coupled to the housing to facilitate removal of captured noncompliant deburring media. A method is disclosed for screening deburring media during deburring of a hardware part.

The washing device includes a casing, a rotation mechanism, a washing nozzle, and a nozzle moving mechanism. The casing includes a frame to accommodate the barrel tank, and a rotary shaft extending from the frame. The rotation mechanism is a mechanism to rotate the frame around the rotary shaft. The washing nozzle is a nozzle to eject washing water. The washing nozzle is configured to be insertable into and removable from the barrel tank. The nozzle moving mechanism moves the washing nozzle in a direction where the washing nozzle is inserted into and removed from the barrel tank.

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a washing device that washes a barrel tank of a horizontal centrifugal barrel polishing device. The washing device includes a casing, a rotation mechanism, a washing nozzle, and a nozzle moving mechanism. The casing includes a frame to accommodate the barrel tank, and a rotary shaft extending from the frame. The rotation mechanism is a mechanism to rotate the frame around the rotary shaft. The washing nozzle is a nozzle to eject washing water. The washing nozzle is configured to be insertable into and removable from the barrel tank. The nozzle moving mechanism moves the washing nozzle in a direction where the washing nozzle is inserted into and removed from the barrel tank.
