The abrasive fed from the abrasive-feeding unit is allowed to pass between the workpieces charged into the processing vessel by the air flow generated from the suction unit while coming into contact with the workpieces. Accordingly, the workpieces are polished.

A workpiece holding jig is a vibratory barreling jig which holds a flat workpiece when the workpiece is polished by a vibratory barreling device using polishing media. The workpiece holding jig includes disk-shaped guard members and each having an outer shape larger than the workpiece and disposed so as to face each other and a holding member holding the workpiece inside a housing space so that the entire workpiece is located inside the columnar housing space. The guard members and are respectively provided with window portions communicating with the housing space. The window portions and the annular imaginary curved surface extending to connect the peripheral edges of the guard members are configured to allow the polishing media to pass between the inside and outside of the housing space.

A workpiece holding jig is a vibratory barreling jig which holds a flat workpiece when the workpiece is polished by a vibratory barreling device using polishing media. An ingot edge-polishing machine tool includes a case body, a support base, a first limiting assembly, a second limiting assembly, a polishing assembly, and an ingot fixing assembly. The support base is movably disposed on the case body along a first axis. The first limiting assembly is detachably disposed on the case body. The first limiting assembly is configured to limit a position of the support base on the first axis. The polishing assembly is movably disposed above the support base along the first axis. The second limiting assembly is detachably disposed on the case body. The second limiting assembly is configured to limit a position of the polishing assembly on the first axis. The ingot fixing assembly is rotatably disposed around a second axis and located between the support base and the polishing assembly. The support base is adapted to support an ingot.

A multi-fields assisted abrasive scouring polishing method and device. The device includes an abrasive pool, a heating device, an ultrasonic device, a peristaltic pump and a clamping table. In use, first, magnetic poles are installed on a longitudinal rod of a workbench, and the internal channel of the workpiece is communicated with the pump inlet hose. Second, polishing slurry and abrasive particles are added into the abrasive pool, the heating end of the heating device and the vibrating end of the ultrasonic device are immersed into the polishing slurry, and the heating device and the ultrasonic device are started. Finally, a magnetic field device is energized and magnetized, and the peristaltic pump is started to polish the internal channel. The device solves the problems of poor surface quality and low polishing efficiency of a complex long and thin internal channel in a machine part containing an internal channel.

A multi-fields assisted abrasive scouring polishing method and device. The device includes an abrasive pool, a heating device, an ultrasonic device, a peristaltic pump and a clamping table. In use, first, magnetic poles are installed on a longitudinal rod of a workbench, and the internal channel of the workpiece is communicated with the pump inlet hose. Second, polishing slurry and abrasive particles are added into the abrasive pool, the heating end of the heating device and the vibrating end of the ultrasonic device are immersed into the polishing slurry, and the heating device and the ultrasonic device are started. A dust suction system for a dry degreasing and deburring machine includes an air suction circuit, a suction fan, a settling chamber provided with a filter cartridge, and an unclogging unit provided for injecting a flow of unclogging air into the filter cartridge during an unclogging operation. The dust suction system includes a control unit that controls the fan and the unclogging unit depending on measurements of pressure and load in the air suction circuit.
