Heating core for hot air gun use and hot air gun
The present disclosure provides a heating core for hot air gun use and a hot air gun. The heating core comprises: a mount support; and a heating wire arranged on the mount support; wherein the heating wire includes a close wound segment on a surface of which an insulating layer is provided, an interval between adjacent heating wires in the close wound segment is D, 0≤D≤2 mm. The hot gun comprises a housing in which a hot air device producing hot air is provided, the hot air device comprising a heating core; a hot air tube provided at a front end of the housing, inside the hot air tube being disposed the heating core, wherein: the heating core is the heating core for hot air gun use according to any technical solution above. By providing a close wound segment on the heating wire and arranging an insulating layer on the surface of the heating wire, the heating capacity of the heating wire in the local space is increased, the heating density of the local space is improved, and thus the air-out temperature, working effect, and working efficiency of the hot air gun may be dramatically improved.
A DEAD MAN CONTROL ARRANGEMENT
A nozzle arrangement for use in expelling pressurized fluid includes a dead man control. The dead man control has a manually operable control part movable between a non-operating position, which prevents operation of the nozzle arrangement, and an operating position, and biased towards the non-operating position. The manually operable control part is pivotably coupled relative to a nozzle holder of the nozzle arrangement, which extends away from the pivotal coupling substantially towards a distal end of a nozzle part of the nozzle arrangement. The manually operable control part includes a handle part which in the operating position is substantially against and aligned with the nozzle part.
PORTABLE WET SAND BLASTER
A portable wet sand blasting device or a portable wet sand blaster with a specially designed and shaped hand truck tank with an inclined side, wheels, axle, base feet, and a handle to allow the heavy device to be more easily moved from job to job. The specially designed and shaped hand truck tank includes a special pump and special internal plumbing and mixing outputs that provide optimum water and abrasive slurry mixing wherein sufficient slurry mixing is required for the effective use of a wet sand blasting device.

SUBSEA CONNECTOR HANDLE
A subsea wet-mateable connector handle has a handle part, a bushing support ring, a resilient bushing, a connector mount and a securing pin. A method of manufacturing a subsea wet-mateable connector handle includes cutting a handle part from a sheet of inherently corrosion resistant metal plate by a two-dimensional cutting process. A bushing support ring and a bushing are assembled onto a limb extending from the handle part. A connector mount is mounted to the bushing and the connector mount and bushing are fixed to the handle part with the securing pin.
ARTICULATING APPARATUS OF A WATERJET SYSTEM AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY
A waterjet system in accordance with at least some embodiments includes a carriage, a motion assembly configured to move the carriage horizontally relative to a workpiece, and a cutting head carried by the carriage. The waterjet system can also include a kinematic chain through which the cutting head is operably connected to the carriage. The kinematic chain can include first, second, and third joints rotatably adjustable about different first, second, and third axes, respectively. The carriage and the first and second joints can be configured to move the cutting head along a path relative to the workpiece while the cutting head directs a jet toward the workpiece to form a product. The third joint can be configured to shift a kinematic singularity away from the path to reduce or eliminate delay and corresponding reduced cutting accuracy associated with approaching the kinematic singularity.

Elastic abrasive manufacturing method, elastic abrasive manufacturing device, blasting method, and blasting device
A re-circulatory blasting device obtained is capable of performing stable treatment for a prolonged period of time even in cases in which an elastic abrasive employed has abrasive grains adhered to the surface of elastic cores. An elastic abrasive regeneration device provided to the blasting device regenerates elastic abrasive employed for re-circulation. The elastic abrasive regeneration device includes a mixer and a combining unit. Recovered abrasive fed in from an abrasive recovery section is mixed in the mixer with abrasive grains fed in from an abrasive grain feeder, and the abrasive grains are adhered to the surface of the cores of the recovered abrasive. In the combining unit, the abrasive grains are pressed against and combined to the surface of the cores by passing an aggregated state of the recovered abrasive mixed by the mixer along a constricted flow path having a flow path cross-sectional area that gradually narrows.
Tool for pickling by means of spraying and suction
A pickling tool configured for pickling a surface of an element, comprising a supply conduit delimiting a supply channel configured to be in pneumatic communication with a source of compressed air laden with a powder of an abrasive product, a removal conduit delimiting a removal channel configured to be in pneumatic communication with a suction source, and a nozzle having an opening that communicates with an exterior and is configured to face the surface, wherein the nozzle is in pneumatic communication with the supply channel and the removal channel. Such a tool thus allows the passage of a flow of air for spraying the abrasive and the suction of the abrasive and of the powder arising from abrasion.
