CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to a lid for releasable attachment to a container for containment of fluid, the container having an opening defined by a first rim, the lid comprising a body having a second rim adapted for abutment onto the first rim, and a flange comprising a body having an outer periphery for abutment to an inner surface of the container, wherein the body of the flange is adapted to permit fluid flow through the flange to exit the container between the first and second rim. There is also provided an abutment assembly of the container being adapted to receive the second rim of the lid for selectively displacing at least one portion of the second rim of the lid to allow fluid to exit the container. In an arrangement, the abutment assembly may be of the second rim.
COOLING DEVICE
The present invention provides a cooling device, comprising a first cooling portion, a second cooling portion, and a first receiving cavity sandwiched between the first cooling portion and the second cooling portion, where the first cooling portion is disposed around the second cooling portion, and the first cooling portion and the second cooling portion are distributed spaced-apart. According to the present invention, the liquid to be cooled in the first receiving cavity is simultaneously cooled by the first cooling portion and the second cooling portion without an additive being added, so that the cooling effect is substantially improved.
Apparatus and method for measuring fluid consumption
There is proposed an apparatus and method for measuring fluid usage from a container. The apparatus in one form includes a proximity sensor or sensors positioned in, or adjacent, an outlet of said container and configured to monitor the presence or absence of said fluid within or adjacent said outlet, an angle sensor for determining a first angle of said container when said fluid begins to flow through the outlet, and for determining a second angle of said container when said fluid stops flowing through said outlet, and a transmitter for sending data from the proximity sensor/s and angle sensor or processed data therefrom, to a computing device and/or display unit, wherein the data or processed data is used to calculate or indicate a volume of the fluid having passed through the outlet.
Drinking device
A drinking device for the retronasal perception of an aroma substance comprises a storage container (12) for drinking liquid, at least one aroma container (20), through which air can flow, and a transporting channel (18) for drinking liquid, the transporting channel running from the storage container (12) to a mouth end (28) of the drinking device (10), and also comprises an air channel (22) for transporting aromatized air, said air channel running from at least one of the at least one aroma containers (20) to the transporting channel (18) for drinking liquid or to the mouth end (28).
CONTAINER MAGNETIC DEVICE MOUNT
A container magnetic mount for a device has a container lid defined by a rim cylindrical wall, a top, and a lid joint element. A device mount head includes a device mount head joint element in rotating engagement with the container lid. The lid joint element and the device mount head joint element define a dynamic coupling, with the device mount head being orientable between a raised reverse position and a lowered forward position. The device mount head incorporates a joint arm and the device mount head joint element, and an angularly offset head body with one or more magnets attractive of a ferromagnetic element on the device.
Lid assembly for a beverage container
A leak resistant lid assembly for a beverage container where the lid assembly has a straw or similar means for a user to drink liquid is disclosed. The lid assembly may include a base, a straw that extends through the base, a gasket, and a grommet. The base may have a primary opening that receives the straw and a secondary opening in the top of the base, where the secondary opening acts as a vent to prevent a vacuum from occurring when drinking from a straw. The grommet may have a spiral ring may help create a flow path for air from inside the beverage container to the exterior environment.
Drinking cup with utensil compartment integrated with handle
A drinking cup assembly includes a handle with a compartment for storing a utensil. The utensil includes a panel that forms a part of the handle. When the utensil is contained in the compartment, the panel occupies an opening that leads to the compartment. The utensil may be a stirrer, spoon, fork or knife. The handle may be permanently attached to the cup or removable from the cup.

ERGONOMIC BOWLS AND OTHER VESSELS FOR WATER AND FOODSTUFF
A vessel, e.g., a bowl, suited for holding water or foodstuff for use as a pet bowl or human kitchen houseware may be. The bowl may have a modular design to allow for different portions of the bowl to have different attributes. The vessel is scaled for use by pets or humans. Generally, this means that an inner surface of the vessel defines a volumetric space of 60 cubic centimeters to 30 liters for holding water or foodstuff. The bowl has a water level, and, at the water level, the surface area of the bowl may be 56 cm to 900 square cm. To facilitate lifting and gripping by one or two human hands of a user, the vessel's outer surface may include one or more graspable elements disposed between the top and bottom of the vessel. Each graspable element is configured to receive one or more fingers of a user so that the user can grasp or otherwise engage the graspable element and lift the bowl from a surface when the bowl is upright on the surface.
Liquid-dispensing container with multiple-position selector
A liquid-dispensing container may include a vessel, lid body, valve assembly, selector and/or straw. The selector may be movable between a first position that allows fluid disposed within the container to be discharged through a straw, and a second position that allows fluid within the container to be discharged by inverting and/or squeezing the container. The selector may be movable into a closed position that restricts fluid from being discharged from the container. The selector may be movable into a detachment position that allows for detachment of the selector from a remainder of the container, disassembly of the valve assembly, or both.
