Combined type wheel burr brush
10065290 · 2018-09-04 · ·

The invention relates to a combined type wheel burr brush, consisting of a lower bottom plate, lantern rings, nylon brush units, an upper bottom plate, steel-wire brush units and the like, wherein the steel-wire brush units in II and IV areas are floating, and under a natural state, the height of the steel-wire brush units is 10 mm higher than that of the nylon brush units; when in work, the steel-wire brush units firstly contact a spoke of a back cavity of a wheel, burrs of the back cavity of the wheel can be removed powerfully when the steel-wire brush units rotate, the steel-wire brush units are continuously compressed, and when the nylon brush units also contact the spoke of the back cavity, burrs at corners can be smoothened; and when a small-size wheel is encountered, by removing the lower bottom plate, the fast locks and the lantern rings, a small-size burr brush can be formed. When the burr brush combining the steel-wire brush units with the nylon brush units of the invention is in use, not only can the efficiency of removing the burrs of the back cavity of the wheel be improved, but also the removing effect is very obvious, and meanwhile, the service life of the brush can be greatly prolonged.

Apparatus for and method of processing an edge of a tube
10052736 · 2018-08-21 · ·

A method for processing an edge of a tube using an abrading apparatus is disclosed. The abrading apparatus includes a rotational symmetry axis and a chassis comprising an input side, an output side opposite the input side, and an input coupler on the input side of the chassis. The input coupler is coaxial with the rotational symmetry axis. The abrading apparatus also includes a centering member, coupled to the output side of the chassis and coaxial with the rotational symmetry axis, and abrasive members, coupled to the output side of the chassis. The abrasive members define an abrasive face radially spaced outwardly from and generally symmetric about the rotational symmetry axis and facing in a direction generally parallel to the rotational symmetry axis.

Vulcanized fiber grinding tool

The invention relates to a vulcanized fiber grinding tool (1) comprising two vulcanized fiber grinding disks (2, 3) which are adhered to each other over the entire surface by means of an adhesive layer (4) arranged between the vulcanized fiber grinding disks (2, 3) such that the vulcanized fiber grinding disk (2, 3) outer faces provided with the grinding means point away from each other and the use of a support plate is not necessary.

Grinding wheel, particularly for grinding processing operations carried out on sheets of glass, ceramic material or similar materials

There is described a grinding wheel (1), particularly for grinding operations carried out on sheets of glass (2), ceramic material or similar materials, comprising a disc-shaped support with abrasive material arranged on the circumferential profile of the support, and an opposing central hole (3) for attachment to a drive shaft (4) of the grinding wheel. The disc-shaped support comprises a pair of opposed disc-shaped grinding wheel bodies (5, 6) coupled in a facing position so as to define together the abrasive grinding surface (5c, 6c) along the circumferential profile, and each of the disc-shaped bodies (5, 6) has a predetermined resilience such that the disc-shaped bodies (5, 6) can be flexed away from each other in the zone of contact with the component being ground, for the purpose of consequently applying pressure to the component in the grinding operation.
