An embodiment of the system of the invention comprises said clamp and manifold; a fixture; a fluid distribution pump; and fluid routing means connecting the fluid distribution pump and the first port of the apparatus of the system.
QUICK GRIP POCKET HOLE JIG SYSTEM AND METHOD
A quick grip pocket hole jig system is presented having a support section having a clamp support, an end stop and a back stop. A clamping assembly is connected to the support section having a clamping rod that extends through the clamp support. A drill guide carrier having a drill guide assembly is connected to the clamping rod on a forward side of the clamp support. A clamp body having a trigger and a release mechanism is connected to the clamping rod on a rearward side of the clamp support. The clamp body is a quick grip clamp body that facilitates quick gripping of a workpiece positioned within the support section. The clamping assembly includes a return spring and a release mechanism such that when the release mechanism is actuated the drill guide carrier and the drill guide assembly are automatically moved to a non-clamping position.
VARIABLE ANGLE CLAMPING ASSEMBLY
An apparatus and methods are provided for a variable angle clamp assembly. The variable angle clamp assembly comprises a first support arm that may be pivoted relative to a second support arm. A coupling mechanism enables fixating an angle between the first and second support arms. A clamp assembly is mounted onto an elongate opening disposed along each of the first and second support arms. Each clamp assembly includes a fixed jaw and a movable jaw that may be tightened by way of a threaded screw and a handle. The clamp assemblies are slidable and rotatable along the elongate openings. A lock stop enables the clamp assembly to be fixated relative to each of the first and second support arms. The clamping assemblies may be manipulated into a variety of angles and radial distances along the support arms to provide a variety of clamping solutions.
Apparatus for aligning sections of pipe
An apparatus for aligning sections of pipe includes a first clamp member and a second clamp member coupled with the first clamp member. The first and second clamp members each include a first clamp jaw and a second clamp jaw longitudinally spaced from the first clamp jaw. Each one of a first plurality of turnbuckle assemblies is coupled with each one of the first and second clamp jaws of the first clamp member, and each one of a second plurality of turnbuckle assemblies is coupled with each one of the first and second clamp jaws of the second clamp member. An assembly made from a kit of components is also disclosed. The kit includes an apparatus for aligning sections of pipe, and a plurality of shoe inserts. The assembly includes the apparatus and at least two of the shoe inserts coupled with the apparatus.
Apparatus for circumferential separation of turbine blades
Embodiments of the present disclosure can provide an apparatus for circumferentially separating turbine blades. An apparatus according to the present disclosure may include: a length-adjustable elongate member having opposing first and second ends; a first clasp coupled to the first end of the length-adjustable elongate member, the first clasp shaped to at least partially engage an airfoil profile of a first turbine blade positioned circumferentially adjacent to a dovetail slot, relative to a centerline axis of the turbomachine; and a second clasp coupled to the second end of the length-adjustable elongate member, the second clasp shaped to at least partially engage an airfoil profile of a second turbine blade circumferentially positioned adjacent to the dovetail slot, the first and second turbine blades being circumferentially adjacent to the dovetail slot at opposing circumferential ends thereof.
Jig assembly and method of manufacturing display device using the same
Jig assembly and method of manufacturing display device are provided. there is provided a jig assembly, including: an outer frame in which a hollow portion is defined; a support across the hollow portion; a movable cover coupled with the outer frame to expose the hollow portion; a fixed cover fixed to the outer frame; and a pressure bar disposed inside the outer frame and moving by a predetermined distance.
In-port sequence valve
An in-port sequencing valve configured to be utilized with a clamping device of a workpiece clamping system having a fixture plate, a number of fixture datums, and a number of clamping devices. The in-port sequencing valve includes a housing, a pre-load adjuster, a valve spring, and a valve piston. The pre-load adjuster is configured to be set to a selected valve activation setting. The valve spring is compressed an amount corresponding to the valve activation setting. The valve piston is configured to be shifted from a closed position to an open position when a force due to hydraulic fluid pressure overcomes a threshold spring force of the valve spring corresponding to the valve activation setting. The in-port sequencing valve can be set to a selected valve activation setting so that the clamping devices clamp the workpiece in a selected order according to the valve activation setting.
LOW COST, HIGH PERFORMANCE, MULTI-HEAD DRILL AND FILL MACHINE
A manufacturing system employing a bifurcated backbone having an upper plate and lower plate, with a longitudinal slot between the upper and lower plate. A plurality of actuator groups are mounted longitudinally adjacent the slot. A carrier supports a panel for longitudinal translation into the slot and the carrier is configured to pulse longitudinally in the slot relative to the plurality of actuator groups during a sequence of fabrication operations by the plurality of actuator groups on the panel.
Clamping device for joining boards
A clamping device is used for joining panels or boards with highly cosmetic appearance at the visible joined surface. The clamping device can include mechanisms to support and move one panel relative to another panel in two directions perpendicular to the beveled edges of the panels. The clamping device can include a rotational mechanism to rotate one panel around a direction parallel to the beveled edge.
MODULAR MACHINE TOOL WORK HOLDING SYSTEM
