Clamp
A clamp has: a clamping set and a positioning set. The clamping set has a shaft pivotally connected to a first arm and a second arm, and the shaft is provided with an elastic member. The first arm and the second arm are kept open by the elastic member, and the first and second arms are extended downward with a first handle and a second handle. The first handle is provided with a first pin, and the second handle is provided with a second pin. The positioning set is pivoted on a middle section of the first and second handles with the first and second pins. The positioning set is approximately horizontal, and travel distance of the shaft is greatly reduced, which not only reduces the structural cost, but also effectively improves the smoothness of the shaft movement.

JIG OF SPIRIT LEVEL CLAMPING AID TOOLS, SQUARES AND HAND CLAMPS
One or more clamping aid tools for mounting to various squares and straight edges, including carpenter squares, framing squares, speed squares or the like, and various straight edges and rulers for easily and accurately positioning various objects, either flat and/or round, magnetic or not. The clamping aid tools can secure these squares and straight edges to various objects while they are being fitted, secured and/or welded together.
MANUFACTURING CONTAINERS
A holder, a transport device, and a method of manufacturing a container are described. The container comprises a body that extends along an axis and a flange that extends radially to the axis, and the holder comprises one or more fastening elements that are configured to engage one or more of a top surface, a bottom surface, or a peripheral surface of the flange.
Self-centering vial clamp
A self-centering vial clamp is provided. The self-centering vial clamp includes a clamp body including a vial aperture and two or more jaw slots spaced around the vial aperture, two or more clamp jaws spaced around the vial aperture, with a clamp jaw including a vial contact face and one or more jaw projections configured to engage a jaw slot of the clamp body, and two or more lever arms coupled to the two or more clamp jaws. A lever arm of the self-centering vial claim is configured to be manually pivoted, wherein the lever arm translates the pivoting motion into a sliding motion of the corresponding clamp jaw. Interacting lever gears formed on the lever arms constrain the two or more clamp jaws to move substantially in unison during the manual pivoting, aligning the vial.
Gripper for manipulating planar workpiece in tight-fitting receptacle
This apparatus supports gripping, manipulation and/or insertion or removal of a planar workpiece from a receptacle into which it fits tightly. The apparatus has two substantially identical rigid arms attached to one another at a single pivot point near their longitudinal center. One end of each arm forms a handle; pressing or releasing these two handles actuates the gripper. The other end of each arm has attached on its inside surface a rigid plate. Together these two substantially parallel plates form jaws to grip the planar workpiece. A spring attached to the two handles biases the jaws toward the closed position. An optional adjustable stop mechanism supports setting the gap between jaws when the apparatus is in the closed position. An alternative embodiment utilizes step-shaped jaws for applications where flat jaws are difficult to utilize.
Auto-positioning hydraulic pneumatic fixture
An auto-positioning hydraulic pneumatic fixture contains a base, at least one locking device, multiple pistons, multiple positioning modules, and multiple platforms. The base includes at least one installation zone for fixing at least one locking device. A respective one locking device includes a fixing module and a clamping module. The fixing module has a body, a connection segment, and an affix portion. The clamping module includes a positioning bolt and a pair of clamp units, and each clamp unit has a clamping face. The affix portion has a defining groove and a linear slot. The body has at least one tilted rail, and a respective one positioning module has a mounting unit and at least one locating unit. The mounting unit has two oblique faces and multiple fringes, and s respective one platform is configured to fix the respective one workpiece.
Installation assist and method
The application is directed to a device for assisting individuals with the installation of one or more construction materials. The device is operationally configured to support construction materials at an elevated position. The device is also operationally configured to be attached to horizontal surfaces, vertical surfaces and angled surfaces.
HAND CLAMP IMPROVEMENT AND ACCESSORY
A spring clamp for assembly fixturing includes a retainer that limits a minimum distance between jaws of the spring clamp when the spring clamp is in a relaxed state.
Pneumatic actuator and portable tool
A pneumatic actuator (240), comprising: a pressure reducer (270) for delivering gas under a reduced pressure to a control valve; the control valve (280) selectively supplying gas to a pneumatic cylinder (290) or discharging gas from the cylinder (290) to the environment; a replaceable gas capsule (260) for supplying the gas under increased pressure; where the actuator has a first mode of operation for moving the piston (293) to the extended position, and has a second mode of operation for retracting the piston (293). A method for assembling a pneumatic actuator. A portable tool, a clamping device, a screw clamp comprising such a pneumatic actuator. A method for assembling the screw clamp. A method for repairing the screw clamp.
