Manual tool and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a manual tool, comprising: performing dual-frequency induction quenching on a first surface of a moment output part or a moment transmission part of the manual tool such that a quench-hardened layer is formed within a first depth range from the first surface of the moment output part to the interior of the moment output part or within a first depth range from the first surface of the moment transmission part to the interior of the moment transmission part, the hardness of the quench-hardened layer being higher than that of the body of the moment output part or the moment transmission part; the dual-frequency induction quenching being configured to simultaneously feed or introduce a high-frequency current and an intermediate-frequency current to the same induction coil to simultaneously heat the first surface of the moment output part or the first surface of the moment transmission part by the high-frequency current and the intermediate-frequency current, and then the moment output part or the moment transmission part being cooled and quenched. The present invention also discloses a manual tool manufactured by the above method. The manual tool subjected to double-frequency induction quenching according to the present invention has good abrasion resistance.
Grooved drive for ratchet tools
A tool with a drive lug having groove formed on the drive lug to promote failure of the drive lug before internal component failure. The groove has a predetermined diameter and is formed on the drive lug or ratchet square to cause failure of the drive lug, due to a torsional ductile fracture, before any internal component failure of the tool, such as, for example, gear and/or pawl failure in a ratchet wrench.
Powered ratchet wrench with reversing mechanism
A ratchet tool has a handle housing and a ratchet assembly including a pawl and an output shaft. The pawl is moveable between a first position in which the pawl is operatively coupled to drive the output shaft in a first direction and a second position in which the pawl is operatively coupled to drive the output shaft in a second direction opposite the first direction. A switch in the handle housing has an external actuation surface for engagement with an operator's hand. The ratchet tool also has a rotatable gear having at least one tooth, the rotatable gear operatively coupled to the pawl such that rotation of the rotatable gear effectuates movement of the pawl between the first and second positions. A linkage is operatively coupled to the rotatable gear to effectuate rotation of the rotatable gear by actuation of the switch.
Ratcheting tool
A powered ratchet tool includes a housing, an output member having a toothed surface, and a drive mechanism for driving the output member. The drive mechanism includes a yoke in which the output member is arranged. A first pawl is in the yoke and is biased toward the toothed surface of the output member and a second pawl is in the yoke and is biased toward the toothed surface of the output member. A selection ring having a circumferential wall is arranged between the yoke and the toothed surface of the output member. The circumferential wall has a first window and a second window and the selection ring is moveable between a first position and a second position.
Wrench structure
A wrench structure includes a main body provided with a drive portion, a shank, a protruding block, a handle, a first connecting portion, and a second connecting portion. The shank has two first faces and two second faces formed on two sides thereof. The protruding block has two third faces and two fourth faces. The handle has two fifth faces and two sixth faces. The first connecting portion has two seventh faces and two eighth faces. Thus, the main body is sequentially provided with the drive portion, the shank, the second connecting portion, the protruding block, the first connecting portion, and the handle. The shank, the protruding block, the first connecting portion, and the handle have different height and width defined therebetween.
Three-piece wrench
The present invention relates to a three-piece wrench comprising: a wrench body with a working head and a shaft, the working head is located at a front end of the shaft, the shaft has a length; a first extension rod with a length; and a second extension rod with a length; the lengths of the first extension rod and the second extension rod are greater than the length of the shaft; combination of the wrench body, the first extension rod and the second extension rod provides various usage lengths of the wrench, so that different connection types can be used to form required lengths according to requirements.

Traffic Pattern Parameters in a Handover Procedure of a Wireless Network
A first base station receives from a second base station, a handover request message comprising traffic pattern parameters of a wireless device. The traffic pattern parameters comprise a first traffic periodicity, a first timing offset, and a first message size. A handover request acknowledge message indicating at least one periodic resource configuration parameter determined based on the first traffic periodicity is sent to the second base station. A random access preamble associated with a handover of the wireless device is received from the wireless device. The first base station determines a resource block assignment based on the first message size. A control command is transmitted to the wireless device. The control command indicates: activation of radio resources associated with the at least one periodic resource configuration parameter; and the resource block assignment.
Ratchet, ratchet accessory, and kit including the same
A tool kit is provided that includes a tool including a handle and a tool head and a set of tool accessories configured to be coupled to the tool head. The tool accessories each including a drive end that is configured to be coupled to the tool head and a working end opposite the drive end. The tool kit includes a container that is movable between an open position and a closed position. The container includes a first portion including a first retainer that supports the tool, a second portion and a middle portion dividing the first portion from the second portion. The middle portion including a second retainer that supports the tool accessories and the container is selectively stored in a closed position where the middle portion supports the container on a surface in an upright position.
