Driving Tool
A driving tool includes a coupling component defining a compartment and a driving component received by the compartment. The compartment includes a first receiving section and a second receiving section. The driving component includes a first driving body portion, a second driving body portion, and a connecting portion. The connecting portion is inserted through the first receiving section and is fixedly disposed in the second receiving section. The connecting portion and the second receiving section are forced into a tight interference fit with each other. The second driving body portion includes a length inserted and disposed in the first receiving section. The first and second driving body portions are made to have a first hardness and the connecting portion is made to have a second a second hardness respectively. The second hardness is less than the first hardness.
Wrench and Ratchet Adapter
A customized tool adapter that allows for a typical wrench to be connected temporarily, but with great stability to a typical ratchet. Such an application is capable of being used with several types wrenches and ratchets, including various sizes, units of measurement and other applications and is generally hexagonal in nature having swaged gripping lips.
Torque screwdriver device
A torque screwdriver device is provided, including: a housing, including a barrel and a cover coveringly connected with the barrel; an input shaft portion, rotatably assembled with the barrel; an output shaft portion, rotatably assembled with the barrel and including a socket mechanism; a torque clutch mechanism, including a first engaging portion disposed on the input shaft portion and a second engaging portion disposed on the output shaft portion, an elastic preload member biasing one of the first and second engaging portions, and a first bearing mechanism, the first bearing mechanism including a stop member abutted against the housing, a support member and at least one low friction member disposed between the stop member and the support member, at least one of the stop member and the support member being movable relative to the at least one low friction member.
REVERSIBLE PLANETARY GEAR SCREW DRIVER
A reversible planetary gear driver tool drives and removes fasteners and includes a first driving block, a planetary gear system, and a second driving block. The tool provides a speed advantage configuration and a torque advantage configuration. In the speed advantage configuration, a handle engages with the first driving block and a bit engages with the second driving block. Rotation of the casing is prevented. The first driving block rotates at a first input speed, and the tool converts the first input speed to a faster second output speed of the second driving block. In the torque advantage configuration, the casing is reversed and the handle engages with the second driving block and the bit engages with the first driving block. As the second driving block rotates at a first input torque, the tool converts the first input torque to a higher output torque of the first driving block.
BOLT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A bolt adjustment device having a body, a clamping mechanism and an attachment point. The body extends in a longitudinal direction from a first end to a second end, the body having a cavity extending into the body in the longitudinal direction from the first end. The cavity can accommodate a thread during use of the bolt adjustment device. A step in the cavity is configured and arranged to engage with a nut when in use. A torque imparted on the attachment point will impart a torque to the bolt adjustment device. The clamping mechanism is attached to the attachment point such that the clamping mechanism clamps the nut in the cavity when torque is imparted on the clamping device.
Angle Adjustment Structure for Pressing Hand Tool
An angle adjustment structure for pressing a hand tool comprising: a first handle, a second handle, a first spring washer, a second spring washer, a return spring, a first presser, a second presser, a first fastener and a second fastener. The first handle includes a contact sheet having a first thickness, a first toothed orifice. The second handle includes a groove having a second thickness, a second toothed orifice, a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate. A profile of the second toothed orifice is identical to a profile of the first toothed orifice. The return spring is defined on the first presser and the second presser. The first handle and the second handle adjust the angle when the first presser and second presser are pressed simultaneously, and being fixed by the first fastener and second fastener to avoid a removal.
Quick-release setting tool for an element to be crimped
A setting tool includes: a body with at least a drive shaft connected to a pull rod designed to be screwed onto the crimp part, to drive the pull rod in rotation along an axis; a draw sleeve fixed to the body and connected to the pull rod, to translate the pull rod along the axis; and a placing nose, to house the pull rod rear end, the drive shaft front end, and the draw sleeve. The draw sleeve front end includes a cavity opening onto a first through hole on the side wall, and a second hole on the drive shaft axis of rotation, the through holes allow the pull rod front end to pass through the holes, to allow the pull rod rear end to pass through the first through hole, and to enable the pull rod to be placed along the drive shaft axis of rotation.
Monkey wrench
A monkey wrench includes a body, a first jaw, a second jaw and a press member. The second jaw is linearly movable relative to the body. The first and second jaws each have an operation member which has second teeth defied in on side thereof. The second jaw has first teeth on the top thereof and the press member has third teeth. When pivoting the press member to engage the third teeth with the first teeth, the second jaw is secured. A resilient member is connected to the second jaw which is movable when the press member is pivoted in the opposite direction to disengage the third teeth from the first teeth.
Quick adjust pipe wrench
An adjustable locking assembly for a pipe wrench structured and arranged to provide a modified nut assembly and locking assembly.
Wrench head
A wrench head comprises a working axis, a first jaw, a second jaw, and a third jaw. The first jaw comprises a first-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, a second first-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, a third first-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, and a first-jaw planar contact surface. The second jaw is coupled with and pivotable relative to the first jaw and comprises a second-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, a second second-jaw arcuate convex contact surface, and a second-jaw planar contact surface. The third jaw is coupled with and pivotable relative to the second jaw and comprises third-jaw arcuate convex contact surfaces.
