ADJUSTIBLE SUCTION SCREWDRIVER
A driver device may comprise a housing and a hole located on the housing. The hole may comprise a sealing lip. The driver device may comprise a bit holder located within the housing, and a bit socket located on the bit holder. The bit socket may be aligned with the hole, such that inserting a bit into the bit socket also inserts the bit into the hole. The driver device may comprise a spring located within the bit socket. The spring may cause an inserted bit to partially exit the hole in the absence of an external force pushing the it against the spring. The driver device may comprise a vacuum component connected to the housing, and a vacuum chamber within the housing.
Anti-slip torque tool with integrated engagement features
An anti-slip torque tool with integrated engagement features includes a torque-tool body and a plurality of engagement features. The plurality of engagement features is radially distributed around a rotational axis of the torque-tool body. Each of the plurality of engagement features includes a first cavity surface, a first bracing surface, a second bracing surface, and a second cavity surface. The first bracing surface and the second bracing surface are adjacently connected to each other through an intersection point. The first cavity surface is terminally connected to the first bracing surface through a first connection point as the first bracing surface is positioned in between the second bracing surface and the first cavity surface. The second cavity surface is terminally connected to the second bracing surface through a second connection point as the second bracing surface is positioned in between the first bracing surface and the second cavity surface.
Device removably mounted to a surface by a quick disconnect tool and quick disconnect male connector and methods of using the quick disconnect and male connector to removably mount the device to the surface
Provided are a quick disconnect tool and a male connector configured for removably mounting a device on a surface. The tool includes a socket, detents in the socket and a collar to open and close the detents. The male connector fits within the socket and cannot rotate within the socket. The male connector has at a first end a recess into which the detents can lock the male connector inside the socket and threads at a second end opposite the first end. Also provided is a method removably mounting a device to a surface using the quick disconnect too and the male connector.
Fastener pin removal tool
Examples provide a method and apparatus for fastener pin removal. A fastener pin removal tool includes a tool body having a workpiece interface surface, a threaded hole and opposing side edges. A fitting is coupled to the end of the threaded screw that is proximate the workpiece interface surface. The fitting includes a keyhole-slot configured to receive the head of a pin. The keyhole-slot defines a set of spaced-apart jaws configured to engage the head of the pin that is received within the keyhole-slot. A rotational end-piece is coupled to the threaded screw and rotates to cause the fitting and the set of spaced-apart jaws to pull the head of the pin received within the keyhole-slot. As the rotational end-piece pulls the pin head, the pin is removed from a workpiece.
Threaded Insert Removal Tool with Torque Multiplier
A method and device for rotational disconnection a nozzle from a valve body, to include transferring torque applied to an input adapter, through a gear system, to a rotational, self-centering chuck, with a plurality of jaws to secure a nozzle threadedly secured within a valve body, and an anchor tower extending from the base of the tool in the same direction as the tool that is positioned for nozzle release, so that the anchor tower may provide rotational fixation of the valve body while torque is applied to the nozzle, along with a manner to employ coordinatedly sized and positioned gears, which in combination multiply the leverage force or torque input into the tool for application to the rotational disconnection effort.

The second cavity surface is terminally connected to the second bracing surface through a second connection point as the second bracing surface is positioned in between the first bracing surface and the second cavity surface.
QUICK CHANGE PNEUMATIC HAMMER
A pneumatic hammer extender arm assembly is provided comprising an elongated extender arm body defining a hammer engaging portion formed at a first end of the body, and a hammerhead engaging portion formed at a second end of the body. A hammerhead is detachably engageable to the hammerhead engaging portion to allow for quick change of the hammerhead without the need for any tools. The hammerhead may alternately be implemented to engage and apply an impact force to a fastener that may be axially offset from the extender arm body.
Anti-slip torque tool with integrated engagement features
An anti-slip torque tool with integrated engagement features includes a torque-tool body, at least one pair of diametrically opposing engagement features, and an intermediate feature. The pair of diametrically opposing engagement features includes a first opposing feature and a second opposing feature and functions as engagement features around the head portion of the fastener that needs to be removed. The first opposing feature and the second opposing feature are radially distributed around a rotational axis of the torque-tool body. The first opposing feature and the second opposing feature are terminally connected to each other by the intermediate feature. The torque-tool body is outwardly extended from the first opposing feature, the second opposing feature, and the intermediate feature thus delineating an opening to receive the head portion of the fastener.
Electrically Isolated Adapter
An electrically isolated adapter may include a drive body made of first metallic material extending along a common axis, In a driven body made of a second metallic material extending along the common axis, and an isolation assembly formed of insulating material disposed between the drive body and the driven body. The drive body may include a drive head configured to interface with a socket or fastener. The insulating material has a resistance to electrical current that is higher than the resistance to electrical current of at least one of the first metallic material and the second metallic material. The driven body may include a drive receiver configured interface with a protrusion of a driving tool. A portion of one of the drive body or the driven body is received inside a portion of the other of the drive body or the driven body such that the drive body and driven body overlap each other along the common axis.
