The present application relates to a disposable foldable eating utensil comprising: a body; a handle extending from the distal end of the body; and a bendable part formed between the body and the handle to be thinner than the other parts so as to allow the handle to be folded and unfolded, wherein the body comprises a protrusion protruding downward from the bottom surface of the distal end thereof, the protrusion comprises an engaging ledge protruding outward from the periphery thereof, and the handle comprises an extension piece extending at a predetermined thickness from the tip end thereof and having a through-hole passing through the upper surface and the bottom surface thereof.

The base is attached to a flat surface of a feeding station and the ring is connected to the contiguous segment via the notch system. The connection means may be an adapter loop for use with a feeding station without a flat surface. The adapter loop has a long loop, a short loop, and a solid section separating and closing each loop. The adapter loop is secured to a feeding station, and is further connected to the contiguous segment via the notch system.

A system for easily refilling cutlery dispensers or other devices includes a stack of identical cutlery items maintained by a retaining structure that can be removable either before, during, or after installation, depending on the configuration of the dispenser. In a first aspect, the retaining structure includes nested cutlery handles and a single adhesive strip applied to one side of the stack. In a second aspect, the retaining structure includes separate adhesive strips applied to each side of the stack. In a third aspect, the retaining structure is a band extending entirely around the stack and equipped with a pull-tab for opening and removing the retaining structure. In all aspects a pull-tab or other graspable element can be provided to facilitate removal of the support structure. The stacked cutlery may also be loaded into a caddy or into a tray.
