The cutting assembly includes a first cutting mold and a second cutting mold. The first cutting mold has multiple cutting portions, and the second cutting mold has multiple grooves and two first support portions. The holding assembly includes a first receiving mold and a second receiving mold. The first receiving mold has multiple pressing portions, two second support portions formed beside the multiple pressing portions, and multiple through holes defined on the multiple pressing portions, wherein the second receiving mold has a recessed portion defined thereon, a molding cavity formed in a hollow shape beside the recessed portion and multiple passing orifices defined on the molding cavity.
ANTIMICROBIAL AND ADHESION-PROOF TITANIUM TABLEWARE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
An antimicrobial and adhesion-proof titanium tableware and a manufacturing method of the same are provided. The antimicrobial and adhesion-proof titanium tableware is made of a titanium substrate, and includes a contact portion and an oxidation layer structure. The contact portion is used for contacting foods, food ingredients, drinking water, beverages, or body parts of a user. The oxidation layer structure is formed on one part of a surface of the titanium substrate corresponding to the contact portion. The titanium substrate is made of titanium in α phase, and the oxidation layer structure is a titanium dioxide film in a rutile crystalline form. The oxidation layer structure has a roughened surface and an oxygen diffusion layer formed at an interface of the oxidation layer structure and the titanium substrate.
EATING ASSISTANCE DEVICE
An eating assistance device includes a curved plate and a handle. The curved plate is sized and configured to be disposed within an oral cavity of a mouth between a cheek and adjacent teeth. The curved plate is sized and configured to follow an exterior contour of the adjacent teeth along a lateral side of the mouth. The curved plate is sized and configured to span a gap between top and bottom teeth of the adjacent teeth when a jaw within the mouth is opened to retain food items within the oral cavity. The curved plate has top and bottom edges that are substantially parallel. The handle extends from the mouth plate and is disposed on an exterior of the mouth when the curved plate is disposed within the oral cavity.
UTENSIL CONTIGUOUS WITH AN ELEMENT OF A FOOD PACKAGE
An article of manufacture comprising a planar utensil element fabricated of an elongated foldable material and having a plurality of scores indicating where the planar utensil element is to be folded in order to become a usable utensil. Folding the planar utensil element about the scores produces a handle and a bowl. An element of a food package fabricated of the same material as the planar utensil element, such as a cover, covers at least a portion of the planar utensil element. The cover or other element of the food package provides physical and hygienic protection to the planar utensil element during transportation of the planar utensil element. The planar utensil element is positioned under the cover or other element on a surface of the food package.
UTENSIL FOR EATING A CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY
A utensil for eating a chocolate covered strawberry. The utensil comprises of a planar base that has an upper side and a lower side, the lower side defines a circular cavity that is centered on the planar base, the circular cavity extends outward from the upper side of the planar base; a protuberance that is fixedly connected to an extreme section of the circular cavity; and a pair of diametrically opposed tines, the diametrically opposed tines define a plurality of hooks that nm towards the lower side, of the planar base. The utensil is used by inserting the tines of the utensil into a chocolate covered strawberry and ensuring that the stem of the chocolate covered strawberry rests within the protuberance so that an upper part of the chocolate covered strawberry is flush with the lower side of the planar base.

ADAPTIVE ASSISTED GRIP APPARATUS
An adaptive assisted grip apparatus includes a holder comprising an elongated piece of resilient, compressible material; and an insertion channel extending at least partially into the holder parallel to the length of the holder, wherein the insertion channel is configured to expand and contract to accommodate both the size and the shape of the inserted cosmetics product to thereby grip and retain the cosmetics product at least partially inserted within the insertion channel; wherein the holder is configured to be held in the hand of a user such that the cosmetics product can be held and used by the user holding the holder.
EATING UTENSIL SYSTEM
A combination spoon and fork system capable of being stored in a nested configuration or used as a combination eating utensil with the spoon and fork connected end to end. An interlocking mechanism can interlock the spoon and fork in either the nested position or in the end to end configuration. The interlocking system allows the handle of the spoon to slide between rails on the handle of the fork and to snap and lock the spoon in place either nested with the fork or end to end with the fork to form an elongated combination eating utensil. The spoon and fork of the system can also be used separately from one another.
