Tool device
A tool device comprises a first module and a second module that can be detached from the first module, the first module having a receptacle and the second module having an insertion part that can be inserted in the receptacle along an insertion axis. The insertion part can be rotated in the receptacle about the insertion axis between a locked position and an enabled position, the receptacle having a first projection and the insertion part having a second projection. In the locked position, the second projection engages behind the first projection in the direction of the insertion axis, and in the enabled position, the first projection enables the second projection to pass in the direction of the insertion axis, the receptacle preventing an activation of the tool device in an initial position and allowing activation of the tool device in a pressed-on position.
DRIVE BLADE LUBRICATION ASSEMBLY AND POWERED FASTENER DRIVER CONTAINING THE SAME
A drive blade lubrication assembly for use in a powered fastener driver (10). The powered fastener driver (10) contains a drive blade (42) which snap-fits with a reciprocating piston (58) by a blade seal (103) assembly. The drive blade lubrication assembly contains a lubricant applying member adapted to apply lubricant to a portion of the drive blade (42); and a lubricant storing device which is in fluid communication with the lubricant applying member. The lubricating storing device is adapted to replenish the lubricant in the lubricant applying member. A powered fastener driver (10) containing a drive blade lubrication assembly is also described. The use of the lubricant storing device in the present invention ensures that lubricant is continuously supplied to the drive blade (42) after long time usage of the powered fastener driver (10), so that friction between the drive blade and the blade seal assembly is minimized
SEPARATING DEVICE, MAGAZINE ATTACHMENT AND FASTENING SYSTEM
A separating device separating fastening elements from a container comprises a transfer channel for transferring fastening elements in a transfer direction, the transfer channel having a separating section; a stop element, having a blocking position, in which the stop element projects into the separating section, blocking the channel for the fastening element, such that one fastening element rests against the stop element in a waiting position, and an onward transfer position, in which the stop element allows movement of the fastening element in the transfer direction to a standby position; and a retention element, having a retaining position, in which the retention element projects into the separating section, blocking the channel for the fastening element, such that the fastening element rests against the retention element in the standby position, and a release position, in which the retention element allows fastening element movement in the transfer direction beyond the separating section.
HAND TOOL
A hand tool includes a trigger manually operated by an operator, a tool body configured to movably support the trigger, a biasing member configured to generate a biasing force for biasing the trigger in a direction opposite to a operation direction of the trigger, and a contacting member operated by a biasing force of the biasing member to act on the trigger or tool body. The biasing member and the contacting member are assembled integrally with the tool body or the trigger.
NAIL GUN
A nail gun includes a frame unit, a power unit that is configured to drive a nail-striking action during a driving process, a switch unit that includes a first switch and a second switch configured to initiate the driving process when both actuated, a safety unit that is operable to convert between a non-triggerable state and a triggerable state for actuating the first switch, and that includes a moving assembly that is movable relative to the frame unit along a moving path, and a trigger unit that includes a trigger pivotable between a sequential firing position and a continuous firing position, and an operating member pivotable between the trigger and the second switch.
POWER TOOL SYSTEM AND TOOL ATTACHMENT DEVICE
A tool attachment device for assisting a power tool in performing nailing includes a shell assembly, a rocker, a connection device, a driving wheel, and a transmission assembly. A side of the shell assembly is formed with a hole passage. The rocker is partially placed in the hole passage and is rotatable in the hole passage. The connection device is connected to the rocker and rotates synchronously with the rocker. Nail feeding structures are formed on the driving wheel along a circumferential direction of the driving wheel. The transmission assembly is connected to the driving wheel and the connection device and is configured to drive the driving wheel to rotate unidirectionally. The transmission assembly is disposed between the connection device and the driving wheel.
SPRING ARM SLEEVE
A spring arm sleeve, with which a joining element of a joining device is positionable and which comprises the following features: a tubular section which is formed by a circumferential or all-round wall, the circumferential wall comprises in the circumferential direction a plurality of U-shaped apertures regularly spaced apart from one another, which form a plurality of one-sidedly fastened spring arms which are inclined radially inwards into the tubular section and extend from a fixed end in a first longitudinal direction.
WORKING END FOR A NAIL DRIVING TOOL
There is provided a working end for a nail driving tool for use in installing a siding component having a nailing strip. The working end has a body with a front end, rear end, sidewall, and a nail aperture between the front end and the rear end. A first guide is formed by a recess in the front end and is configured to align the nail aperture with the nailing strip by engaging a surface of the siding component. A receptacle is formed in the rear end of the body and is configured to receive the nail driving tool. One or more protrusions on the front end are spaced from the nail aperture. The one or more protrusions are configured to engage the nailing strip and align the nail aperture with a nail-receiving aperture of the nailing strip.
SINGLE MOTION MAGAZINE RETENTION FOR FASTENING TOOLS
A fastening tool including a magazine securely and releasably retained on the fastening tool by a cam mounted on one of the fastening tool and the magazine. In a single rotary motion, the cam wedges together the housing member of the fastening tool and the housing member of the magazine, while simultaneously rotating cam lobes into respective chambers formed on the fastening tool and the magazine. The cam rotation and magazine retention system is accomplished without tools.
Fastener Identifying Mechanism for Attachment Tool
A fastener identifying unit for use within an installation tool, has one or more movable jaws associated with a barrel. At least one jaw includes an identification member that changes position when the respective jaw moves or is actuated. The jaws are movable relative to the barrel and define a fastener receiving section, which may be an interface between a pair of jaws. The jaws are biased in a relative direction maintaining the identification member in a first position when a fastener is not present in the barrel. When a fastener is inserted into the barrel, the tip is received by the receiving section, which thereby causes the one or more movable jaws to move against the bias and the identification member to shift to a second position. The identification member is viewable by an installer in the second position to notify the installer of the presence of the fastener.
