Tool device
A tool device comprises a first module and a second module that can be detached from the first module, the first module having a receptacle and the second module having an insertion part that can be inserted in the receptacle along an insertion axis. The insertion part can be rotated in the receptacle about the insertion axis between a locked position and an enabled position, the receptacle having a first projection and the insertion part having a second projection. In the locked position, the second projection engages behind the first projection in the direction of the insertion axis, and in the enabled position, the first projection enables the second projection to pass in the direction of the insertion axis, the receptacle preventing an activation of the tool device in an initial position and allowing activation of the tool device in a pressed-on position.
SAFETY STRUCTURE USED IN THE ANTI-AUTO-FIRING DEVICE OF ELECTRIC NAIL GUNS
A safety structure used in the anti-auto-firing device of electric nail guns, including a base cover and an anti-auto-firing device. The anti-auto-firing device comprises a safety rack, an adjusting-connecting device, an on-off lever, an inching switch and a return spring. A safety device is fitted over the on-off lever. The safety device comprises a retaining ring, a bearing elastic piece and a locating spacer. A support plate is disposed in the base cover. The support plate is provided with a lever slot, the retaining ring is fixed to the on-off lever. Both ends of bearing elastic piece prop the retaining ring and locating spacer respectively. The locating spacer props the side of support plate. The bearing elastic piece has elastic force keeping the end of on-off lever away from the inching switch.
Pneumatic nailer with a safety device
A pneumatic nailer is provided comprising a working piston which is connected to a driving plunger for driving in a fastening means and which is subject to compressed air when a driving-in process is triggered, The nailer also includes a triggering device for initiating a driving-in process, a safety device configured to switch the nailer from a trigger-ready state to a locked state a control valve to control the pressure inside of the control chamber which includes a control valve member which is moveable along an adjustment path and a damper coupled to the control valve member.
FASTENER-DRIVING TOOL INCLUDING A REVERSION TRIGGER WITH A DAMPER
A fastener-driving tool is provided and includes a housing and a workpiece-contacting element movably connected to the housing, where the workpiece-contacting element is movable between a rest position and an activated position. A trigger is movably connected to the housing such that the trigger is movable between a rest position and an activated position. The tool further includes an actuation lever movably connected to the trigger and movable between a rest position and an activated position. A damper mechanism is associated with the actuation lever and is configured to control a rate of movement of the actuation lever between the activated position and the rest position.
ADAPTER FOR A FASTENER DRIVING TOOL
A fastener driving tool and an adapter for a fastener driving tool are described herein for permitting accurate placement of fasteners with respect to an edge of a board (e.g., a top edge of a siding board). The adapter may include an adapter body having a central opening for receiving a head of a fastener driving tool and two or more pins positioned in the adapter body. At least two of the pins are positioned in the adapter body such that, when the central opening receives the head, the pins are equidistant from a center of a barrel through which the fastener driving tool drives fasteners.
Jam release and lifter mechanism for gas spring fastener driver
A method of operating a fastener driver comprises initiating a fastener driving operation by moving a driver blade from a retracted position toward a driven position, and detecting that the driver blade has become jammed in an intermediate position between the retracted position and the driven position. The method further includes moving a latch from a locked position, in which a lifter assembly is maintained in an engaged position by the latch for moving the driver blade from the driven position toward the retracted position, to a released position, in which the lifter assembly is movable away from the driver blade. The method further includes driving a motor to rotate a lifter of the lifting assembly, thereby moving the lifter assembly away from the driver blade, then, returning the lifter assembly to the engaged position, and moving the latch from the released position to the locked position.
POWER TOOL
A tool is provided for applying fasteners to a workpiece. The tool has a housing with a nosepiece, a motor, a drive actuator, a magazine assembly that holds fasteners, and a feed assembly with a feed actuator configured to move a lead fastener into the nosepiece. A driver in the housing is driven by a drive system that is associated with the driver actuator. A controller is connected to the feed actuator and the drive actuator to implement a firing sequence for driving each lead fastener into the workpiece using the driver and feeding the lead fastener into the nosepiece assembly. The actuators may be in the form of solenoids. The controller is designed to energize and deenergize the motor selectively while the drive actuator and feed actuator are activated.
Driving tool
A driving tool includes a main body, a trigger, a contact member and a control unit. The main body has a combustion chamber configured to be filled with fuel and compressed air. The trigger is configured to operate an ignition device to combust a mixture of the fuel and the compressed air filled in the combustion chamber. The contact member is brought into contact with a driving target member to enable an operation of the trigger. The control unit is configured to start an injection of the fuel when the contact member is turned on, and to complete an injection of the air after the trigger is turned on.
Pneumatic nail gun
A pneumatic nail gun includes a gun body, a muzzle connected to the gun body for receiving a nail, a cylinder unit disposed in the gun body, an air valve unit having a cover portion, and a striking unit having a piston. The cylinder unit includes a gas storage chamber, a striking cylinder having a cylinder chamber 510 in fluid communication with the gas storage chamber, and at least one gas storage cylinder in fluid communication with the gas storage chamber for receiving a gas having a pre-determined gas pressure. The cover portion is operable to interrupt fluid communication between the cylinder chamber and the gas storage chamber, and to allow the fluid communication such that the piston is pushed by the gas to strike the nail.
Powder actuated nail gun
A powder actuated nail gun includes a body, a trigger unit, a nose assembly. The body includes a first tube and a second tube. A room is defined in the second tube. The nose assembly includes a nose, two balls, two pressing members, two resilient members, and a collar. The nose includes a base, a tubular portion and a passage. The base includes two recesses in which the two pressing members are received. The two balls are located in two elongate holes of the base. When the nose assembly is moved toward the grip, the balls are pressed between the pressing members and a strike rod in the nose so that the strike rod is co-moved with the nose assembly. The piston of the strike rod is moved to a ready-to-shoot position in the cylinder. The nail gun is able to shoot nails continuously.
