The left end of safety rack is extended out of the regulating base and provided with a safety head. A square groove is located in the left part of the regulating base. A clamping cap is located in the regulating base, the clamping cap seals the opening of square groove. The enclosure between the clamping cap and inner wall of regulating base forms a guide hole. A suited adjusting bolt is located in the guide hole. A transverse punch hole is located in the center of the adjusting bolt. A regulation hole corresponding to the position of adjusting bolt is located in the outer wall of the regulating base.
Fastener driving tool

A trigger assembly including a bottom assembly and a top assembly is movably connected to the housing. The tool includes an actuation lever movably connected to the bottom assembly of the trigger assembly and movable between a rest position and an engaged position. The top assembly includes a downwardly extending block configured to engage the actuation lever. A damper mechanism is associated with the actuation lever and is configured to control a rate of movement of the actuation lever.
Driver
A driver capable of achieving favorable workmanship at the time of driving of a fastener into a workpiece to be driven is provided. In a driver having a striking unit; a first bias unit causing the striking unit to strike a fastener; a first operational unit and a second operational unit, and a control unit moving the striking unit in a first direction, the control unit can select a first driving mode, a second driving mode and a limitation mode, the first driving mode moving the striking unit in the first direction so that the fastener is struck when the first operational unit is operated after the second operational unit is pressed against the workpiece to be driven, the second driving mode moving the striking unit in the first direction so that the fastener is struck when the control unit detects the operation of the first operational unit and the pressing of the second operational unit against the workpiece to be driven, and the limitation mode limiting the second driving mode on the basis of a movement state of the striking unit.
Driving tool
A driving tool includes a housing having a support shaft for operably supporting an operating member, a contacting member which is capable of contacting and separating from a workpiece into which a fastener is to be driven, and which operates by contacting the workpiece, a pressure chamber to which and from which a compressible gas is supplied and discharged, a striking part operating in a direction to strike the fastener, a gas supply mechanism, and a transmission control member for controlling the operation of the gas supply mechanism, said operation being based on the operation of at least one of the operating member and the contacting member or the operation of both of them, wherein the fastener is struck when an operating force is applied to the operating member and to the transmission control member, and the contacting member is operated.
Forced air cooling from piston movements of nailer tool
A fastener driving tool that forces air from its variable venting volume beneath the piston of the working cylinder and directs that forced air through passageways and toward an electronic controller and/or an electric motor before being vented to atmosphere, thereby drawing heat away from those components during an operational cycle of the movable piston. When the piston returns to its initial position, environmental air is drawn through the same passageways, again past the electronic controller and/or electric motor, thereby twice cooling these “hot” components during a single operational cycle.
FASTENER DRIVING TOOL
A fastener driving tool including a housing and a workpiece contact element movably connected to the housing, where the workpiece contact element is movable between a rest position and an activated position.
Compressed Air Nail Gun With a Safety Device
The invention relates to a pneumatic nailer having a working piston, which is connected to a driving ram for driving a fastener and to which compressed air is applied when triggering a driving process, a trigger and a contact sensor, the common actuation of which can trigger a driving process, a safety device, which has a control volume and which is designed to automatically undertake a safety measure when a pressure threshold in the control volume is exceeded or not met. The control volume is ventilated or vented via a throttle such that a delay time, after the expiration of which the pressure threshold is exceeded or not met. is specified by a volume of the control volume and an opening cross-section of the throttle. The control volume has a volume in the range from 0.5 ml to 20 ml and the throttle is a bore having a diameter in the range from 30 μm to 200 μm.
Winding retention insert for a brushless motor
A brushless motor is provided including a rotor rotating around a center axis and a stator including a stator core and stator teeth radially extending from the stator core forming stator slots therebetween. Each stator tooth includes a radial main body and a tooth tip extending substantially laterally from an end of the radial main body opposite the stator core, and stator windings are wound around the stator teeth. Winding retention wedges are axially received within the slots, each winding retention wedge comprising: a first portion received within gaps formed between tooth tips of adjacent stator teeth, and a second portion received at least partially between adjacent stator windings to apply a force substantially in a range of a radially-inward direction to a lateral direction to the adjacent stator windings.
PNEUMATIC TOOL
A driving tool includes a chamber to store compressed air and a relief valve in communication with the chamber. The relief valve includes an inflow channel communicating with the chamber and an outflow channel with a larger diameter formed at a downstream side of the inflow channel. A valve stem moves along the inflow channel. An O-ring to seal the inflow channel is attached in an annular groove of the valve stem. Air release channels are defined in the valve stem. Each air release channel includes an inlet that opens to an inner circumferential chamber and an outlet that opens to the outflow channel to allow the compressed air to be discharged from the inner circumferential chamber to the outflow channel when the O-ring moves toward the outflow channel and moves beyond the inflow channel due to the internal pressure of the chamber.
Fastener-driving tool
A driving tool includes a driving mechanism which is driven with a fluid and which is configured to drive a fastener supplied to a nose portion and a clocking mechanism configured to perform clocking of a time period for switching between presence and absence of actuation of the driving mechanism. The clocking mechanism is supplied with a fluid for actuating the driving mechanism, moves a moving member from an initial position to a clocking starting position where clocking is started by force of the fluid, and performs clocking by controlling movement of the moving member by applying a load of resistance when the moving member moves from the clocking starting position to the initial position thereof.
