Stapler
10894308 · 2021-01-19 · ·

The stapler includes a main body, a trigger, a striking mechanism, and a stopping plate. The main body has an outlet at a first end portion. The trigger is pivotally connected to the main body with an end, and the other end extends toward the first end portion for being pressed toward the main body. The striking mechanism includes a striker at the first end portion and a releasing unit for releasing the striker. The trigger switches the releasing unit between a release mode and an accumulating mode so that the striker can move toward the outlet. The striker has a concave face facing the outlet for striking a staple unit. The stopping plate is disposed on the first end portion and is for the staple unit to abut against horizontally. The stopping plate has at least one recess at an end thereof facing the outlet.

COMPACT ELECTRIC SPRING ENERGIZED DESKTOP STAPLER
20200376641 · 2020-12-03 ·

A compact, electric, spring energized desktop stapler having a unitized housing providing both an external movable enclosure and a support frame for internal parts is disclosed. The internal power train is preferably elongated with the motor at the rear, a gear set toward the center, and low profile lever and power spring assembly at the front. The lever engages a striker with a normal upper rest position where the power spring is deflected and energized. A cam roller mounted to a final gear holds down the rear of the lever until the system is activated when the final gear rotates and the cam roller rolls off the end of the lever. In the unitized body, the base is pivotally attached to the body at the rear. A base lever selectively links to a cam roller or equivalent structure to move the body downward toward the base during a cycle.

FLOATING NAIL GUIDE GUN NOZZLE FOR NAIL GUN
20200376640 · 2020-12-03 ·

A floating nail guide gun nozzle for nail a gun has a nail gun body, a gun nozzle holder located in the front end of the nail gun body, a linked cover plate located on the gun nozzle holder and an elastic reset mechanism located on the gun nozzle holder. A strutting bulge protrudes from the bottom surface of the front end of the linked cover plate, and the strutting bulge flares towards the front end of the linked cover plate and tilts down. The elastic reset mechanism enables the linking part to prop the strutting bulge of the linked cover plate against the gun nozzle holder without an external force.

Stapling device

Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery-powered stapling tool. A stapling tool includes a drive wheel, a slide comprising a first slide segment and a second slide segment, and a drive shaft receivable by the slide, wherein the drive shaft is coupled to and drivable by the drive wheel such that rotation of the drive wheel in a first rotational direction moves the drive shaft from the first slide segment to the second slide segment back to the first slide segment. The stapling tool further includes a lifting element, wherein the lifting element defines the slide and is drivable by the drive shaft, and an ejector coupled to the lifting element and drivable by the drive shaft.

Magnetic stapler

A magnetic stapler includes a base plate, a positioning plate, and a stapler. The positioning plate is located between the base plate and the stapler. A groove is provided on the positioning plate. The contour of the groove fits the bottom of the stapler. Multiple first magnets are provided at the periphery of the positioning plate. Multiple second magnets corresponding respectively to the first magnets are provided on the base plate. The polarity of the second magnets is opposite to that of the first magnets. A staple-crimping platform is provided on the base plate. A staple dispensing outlet corresponding to a staple dispensing extremity of the stapler is provided at the bottom thereof. The position of the staple-crimping platform is opposite to the position of the staple dispensing outlet. The magnetic stapler has the advantages of being compact as a whole, easy to operate, and strongly practical and is capable of stapling at any position on sheets of paper.

Stapling tool assembly including a wire alignment contact trip

A stapling tool assembly may include a nosepiece assembly with a driver channel through which a staple is driven into a workpiece. The stapling tool assembly may also include a wire alignment contact trip with a contact foot. The contact foot may include a peripheral guide wall that defines a workpiece contact edge. The workpiece contact edge may include at least one wire alignment recess and at least one opposing wire alignment recess in the workpiece contact edge. The at least one wire alignment recess and the at least one opposing wire alignment recess can cooperate to define a first and a second wire positioning path to align the wire in two different orientations relative to the drive channel. The at least one wire alignment recess can have a first overall length that is different than a second overall length of the at least one opposing wire alignment recess.

One or more apparatuses, computing devices and/or systems are provided. In an example, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus may comprise a sharpener device configured to sharpen a pencil. The apparatus may comprise a hole puncher device configured to punch one or more holes in one or more sheets of paper. The apparatus may comprise an indentation at a corner of the apparatus. The apparatus may comprise a stapler device overlying the indentation. The stapler device may be configured to couple sheets of paper together by driving a staple through the sheets of paper at a point within the indentation. The apparatus may comprise a tray configured to collect shavings from the sharpener device and/or chips from the hole puncher device. The apparatus may comprise a vacuum device configured to apply suction to conduct material (e.g., shavings and/or chips) from the tray.

Stapling device

To allow a single stapling device to easily function as both an eyeglass-clinch stapling device and a flat-clinch stapling device, the stapling device includes a staple delivering portion (a knock pin) delivering a staple, a supporting table (a platform) for paper, and a clincher bending legs of the staple. The staple delivering portion, the supporting table, and the clincher are relatively movable. The stapling device further includes a controller (an operation timing controller) variably controlling timings when the staple delivering portion and the clincher move relative to the supporting table.
