DRILL BIT BUTTON INSERT AND DRILL BIT
A drill bit button insert of the present invention that is attached to a button inserts mounted in a drill bit and performs a drilling, includes a tip body and an abrasive layer formed of a diamond sintered body harder than the tip body coated at least at the button insert working/cutting surface of the tip body, in which the abrasive layer has at least two high hardness layers and a low hardness layer having a hardness lower than that of the high hardness layer disposed between these high hardness layers from the surface side of the abrasive layer toward the tip body side.
Impact tool
An object of the invention is to provide an impact tool improved in vibration-proofing structure of a handle. A representative impact tool has a tool body and handle. The handle has a handle body and pair of grips that extend in a direction crossing an axial direction of a tool accessory, designed to be held by user's right and left hands. The handle body has a first part to which the grips are connected in a fixed manner and a second part that is connected to the tool body in a fixed manner. The first part is supported against the tool body via an elastic member and is allowed to move with respect to the tool body and the second part while being biased by an elastic force of the elastic member. A current supply cable, supplying current to a motor, is installed on the second part.
CONNECTING ROD FOR AN IMPACT MEMBER OF AN IMPACT TOOL
A connecting rod for an impact member of an impact tool is provided. The impact member comprises an impacting portion, a connecting portion axially opposite to the impacting portion and a radial flange between the impacting portion and the connecting portion. The radial flange includes a first abutting surface facing the connecting portion. The impact member is insertable into the impact tool and detachably blocked by the impact tool. The connecting rod includes a rod body. The rod body includes receiving end surface and impacting end surface, and a holding portion between the receiving end surface and the impacting end surface. The receiving end surface is recessed to form an assembling slot. The assembling slot includes a second abutting surface disposed circumferentially. When the connecting portion is inserted in the assembling slot, the first abutting surface abuts against the second abutting surface.

Anchor driver
A wedge anchor driver for driving an anchor having a bolt into a surface such that a portion of the bolt is exposed, the wedge anchor driver having a flute extending between a top end and a shaft, the flute housing a plurality of cavities having a first cavity configured to fit onto a first nut, the first cavity having a first socket size; a second cavity configured to fit onto a second nut, the second cavity having a second socket size smaller than the first socket size; and a third cavity configured to receive the portion of the bolt; wherein the anchor driver shaft is lockable into a hammer drill, such that a user can drive the anchor into a corresponding hole with the hammer drill in a hammer mode, and then tighten the first nut or the second nut by switching the hammer to a drill mode.
