CLUTCH BRAKE REMOVAL APPARATUS
A clutch brake removal tool configured to facilitate the removal of a single piece clutch brake from an input shaft. The clutch brake removal tool includes a rectangular shaped body having a plurality of walls forming a hollow interior volume. The body includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall and further includes a first end and a second end. The body has an opening at the second end providing access to the interior volume. The second end of the body has a leading edge wherein the leading edge is formed in a semicircular shaft so as to mateably abut against an input shaft. The first sidewall includes a first slot formed therein wherein the second end of the first slot is contiguous with the opening of the body. The second sidewall includes a second slot formed identical to the first slot and located on the opposing sidewall.
Electronic Module and Insert Tool System Comprising such an Electronic Module
The disclosure is based on an electronic module for an insert tool, in particular a drill bit or a chisel, including at least one electronic device for processing and/or sensing insert-tool-specific characteristics, including at least one holding device for releasably holding the electronic device on the insert tool. The holding device having at least one insert-tool interface having at least one contact surface that, when the holding device is arranged on the insert tool, is in contact, in particular in direct contact, with the insert tool, and including at least one damping unit for damping vibrations acting on the electronic device. The damping unit at least partially constitutes the insert-tool interface.

POWER TOOL WITH MULTIPLE MODES OF OPERATION AND ERGONOMIC HANDGRIP
A power tool includes a housing, a motor disposed in the housing, a motor controller disposed in the housing and electrically coupled to the motor, and a transmission disposed in the housing and coupled to the motor. A tool bit holder is rotatably driven by the motor via the transmission and receives a tool bit for rotatably driving threaded fasteners. A power switch and an electronic model select switch are actuatable from outside the housing and are coupled to the motor controller. The power switch controls power delivery to the motor. The electronic mode select switch is configured to select between at least a first mode of operation in which power delivery to the motor is controlled by actuation of the power switch and an electronic lock on mode in which continuous power is delivered to the motor upon a single actuation and release of the power switch.

Battery-Operated Spike Driver
A battery-operated tool is disclosed for use in the rail industry. In some embodiments, the battery-operated tool may comprise a battery-operated spike driver configured to drive in spikes configured to hold rails for a railway onto a fixed point. The battery-operated tool may include or otherwise be connected to a battery management system. The battery management system may be configured to manage the power supplied to the battery-operated device via one or more batteries. In various embodiments, the one or more batteries may comprise a set of rechargeable batteries connected in series or in parallel. In some embodiments, the battery management system may be attached to or included within the battery-operated device. In other embodiments, the battery management system may be physically separate from the battery-operated device. For example, the battery management system may be included within a separate battery pack that includes the set of batteries.
TOOL BIT
A tool bit for use with a power tool having a chuck and an anvil. The tool bit has a body defining the first end of the tool bit, and a shank coupled to the body and defining the second end of the tool bit. The shank includes a slot, a ball detent, and a projection. The slot is formed through the second end and is configured to receive a portion of the chuck to transfer rotational movement from the power tool to the tool bit. The ball detent is spaced circumferentially from the slot and is configured to receive a locking sphere of the chuck to lock the tool bit with the chuck. The projection is configured to contact a surface of the chuck and limit insertion of the shank into the chuck, thereby providing a space between the second end of the tool bit and the anvil.
