The handle has a first and a second medial section and the first and the second connecting ends extend from the first and the second medial sections respectively. The first and the second medial sections are disposed side by side. The first and the second medial sections form at least one first and at least one second curved sections respectively. The at least one first and the at least one second curved sections abut against each other.
Breaking hammer and method of supporting percussion piston
A hydraulic breaking hammer and method of supporting a percussion piston is provided. The breaking hammer includes a percussion device provided with a reciprocating piston. The piston is supported on a frame at its end portions by a first piston bearing element and a second piston bearing element. The second piston bearing element includes a collar sealing element facing towards a working collar of the piston. The piston bearing elements are easily mountable and dismountable separate components.
Power tool having an intermediate housing
A power tool is provided including a motor housing; a transmission housing disposed adjacent the motor housing with a gap therebetween; an electric motor including a rotor and a stator mounted within the motor housing; and an intermediate housing disposed between the electric motor and the transmission mechanism. The intermediate housing includes a back wall extending radially adjacent an axial end of the stator and having a through-hole therein through which the motor spindle extends; side walls extending axially from an outer circumference of the back wall internally of the motor housing; and one or more external walls extending substantially-radially outwardly from axial end of the one or more side walls to fill a gap formed between the transmission housing and the motor housing in the axial direction.
HAMMER-CAP FASTENER
A hammer-cap fastener may include a fastener head. The fastener head may include one or more beveled edges along a lateral surface of the fastener head. The hammer-cap fastener may include a threaded body having a first end coupled to the fastener head. The hammer-cap fastener may include a ring circumscribing the first end of the threaded body such that the ring is positioned flush against the fastener head. The ring may include a first surface positioned flush against the fastener head and a second surface through which the threaded body extends, the first surface of the ring having a larger area than the second surface of the ring. The first surface and the second surface of the ring may be connected by a sloped lateral surface. The hammer-cap fastener may couple a hammer cap to a hammer head.
BLADE MOUNTING DEVICE, CHISEL AND BLADE THEREOF, CARVING CUTTER REPLACEABLE BLADE, AND ADAPTER FOR MOUNTING CARVING CUTTER REPLACEABLE BLADE ON BLADE MOUNTING DEVICE
A blade mounting device allows a blade of a pushing cut tool that cuts a workpiece by pushing a cutting edge forward to be mounted on an impact tool. This blade mounting device has a blade mounting portion for mounting the blade on the blade mounting device and a tool mounting portion secured to the blade mounting portion in order to mount the blade mounting device on the impact tool. The blade mounting portion has a front end portion where an inverted tapered hole complementary to an inclined shape surface formed on a tang of the blade is formed. The tool mounting portion is provided with a through hole perpendicular to the center axis and a center hole that reaches a through hole from a front side end surface of the tool mounting portion along the center axis.
Hand-held power tool and production method for a hand-held power tool
The hand-held power tool (1) includes a transmission housing (24) for receiving a transmission (23), a motor housing (25) for receiving a motor (5), a bearing plate (28) arranged between the transmission housing (24) and the motor housing (25) for mounting a shaft (21) of the motor (5), at least one first screw (32) which fastens the bearing plate (28) to the motor housing (25), wherein the first screw (32) is not in engagement with the transmission housing (24), and at least one second screw (33) which fastens the transmission housing (24) to the bearing plate (28), wherein the second screw (33) is not in engagement with the motor housing (25).
Range of power tools
A range of power tools each includes motor and transmission housings with an electric motor and a transmission mechanism mounted respectively therein, with the transmission mechanism using the rotary output of the motor to drive a cutting tool. An intermediate housing is sandwiched between the motor and transmission housings. Each of the motor housings is the same in shape, and the length of the electric motors in each of the power tool is different to the length of the electric motors in the other power tools in the range. The transmission housing is positioned differently relative to the motor housing in each power tool to accommodate the difference in length in the electric motor in that power tool, the shape of the intermediate housing in each power tool varying relative to the other intermediate housings to accommodate the difference positions of the transmission housings relative to the motor housings.
Pneumatic hammer
A pneumatic hammer has a handle, a body, a valve seat, a cylinder device, an assembling device, and a chisel. The body is transversally connected to the handle and has a chamber. The valve seat is mounted in the chamber of the body and has a rear valve, a front valve, and a valve plate disposed between the rear valve and the front valve. The cylinder device is mounted in the chamber, abuts against the valve seat, and has a cylinder barrel and a hammer. The cylinder barrel is mounted in the chamber and has a cylinder chamber. The hammer is movably disposed in the cylinder chamber. The assembling device is connected to the cylinder device, and has a mounting jacket, an engaging element, multiple positioning elements, a spring, and an engaging ring. The chisel is detachably connected to the assembling device, and is inserted into the cylinder chamber.
