Automatic self-adjusting beverage container receptacle
An automatic self-adjusting beverage container receptacle has a plurality of handles for the end-user to stabilize the receptacle in operation. The receptacle contains a plurality of parallel polygons of flexible bands inside the receptacle that permit a caregiver to easily and quickly insert a beverage container. The bands also stabilize and grip the container in operation to prevent it from shifting or falling out when the receptacle is lifted and tilted by the end user in consuming the beverage. An accessory mounting system permits the rapid attachment of accessories in a temporary, semi-permanent, or permanent fashion, making each receptacle assembly customizable for individual users.

Protective Bottle Enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure for removably enclosing a bottle having a bottleneck ending in an open mouth. The enclosure includes a base section, a body, and a removable cap. The base section includes a cylindrical base sidewall secured to a perimeter of a base bottom wall and an open top. The body can removably engage the base section to cover the open top thereof. The removable cap includes a cap sidewall and a stopper that can removably engage the open mouth of the bottle. The stopper includes a stopper body and an annular ring extending radially outward from the stopper body. In use, the protective bottle enclosure can surround the bottle and seal the open mouth of the bottle when the base section is engaged with the body and the removable cap is engaged with the neck section.

Disclosed herein is an adjustable cup holder for holding a beverage container. The adjustable cup holder includes a body, a base configured to support the weight of a beverage container, an adjustable diameter ratchet strap configured to accommodate a diameter of the beverage container, and a connector. The holding portion of the cup holder may be connected to the body via a first hinge configured such that the beverage container holding portion is rotatable relative to the body about an axis to allow beverage container holding portion to hold the beverage container relatively level. The holding portion of the cup holder may be connected to the body via a hinge configured such that the beverage container holding portion is pivotable relative to the body about an axis from a use position to a stowed position.
Insulated container having an internal gel layer and a vacuum insulate layer
An insulated container including a container assembly and a gel assembly. The container includes a first sleeve, second sleeve, and outer sidewall. The container includes a cavity to receive a beverage therein. The second sleeve extends about the outer circumference of the first sleeve. A spacing is defined between the first sleeve and the second sleeve. A gel layer of the gel assembly is received within the spacing. The gel layer, when the container is cooled, is cooled and provides cold energy to the beverage held within the container. Between the second sleeve and the outer sidewall exists a vacuum spacing. The vacuum spacing provides vacuum insulation to ensure that heat does not reach the first sleeve through direct contact when being cooled by the gel layer. Allowing the beverage to be cooled for extended periods of time within the insulated container.
