A pneumatic tool structure contains an air intake head, a slidable sleeve, a drive unit, a piston, an operation element, a resilient element, a first isolation ring, and a second isolation ring. The air intake head includes a press lever, an air channel, and a connection portion. The connection portion has a first coupling orifice. The slidable sleeve includes a shoulder. The drive unit includes a body, a recessed portion having a defining fringe, a screw bolt, and a chamber. An air discharge conduit is defined between the slidable sleeve and the body. The first segment has a second coupling orifice. The resilient element includes a through hole. The first isolation ring includes a first rim, a second rim, multiple first discharging grooves, and multiple first contact portions. SETTING TOOL AND METHOD FOR PERCUSSIVELY DRIVING AN ANCHOR ROD INTO A BOREHOLE
A setting tool used in a method for percussively driving an anchor rod into a borehole in a substrate has a drive-side end and, in an opposite tool direction, an end facing away from the drive. The setting tool has a tool adapter that forms the drive-side end and is arranged to interact with a driven impact tool. The end facing away from the drive is formed by a receiving element that has a recess arranged to receive part of an anchor rod. The tool adapter and the receiving element are coupled together by a coupling element such that an impact force introduced via the tool adapter is transmitted to an anchor rod arranged in the recess of the receiving element. The coupling element, in particular a coil spring, is arranged to allow for a displacement of at least part of the receiving element transversely to the tool direction.
IMPACT TOOL WITH VIBRATION ISOLATION
An impact tool is provided with vibration isolators to reduce vibrations felt by the operator gripping the handle of the tool. The impact tool has a hammer and an anvil that impact against each other during use. The impacts create undesirable vibrations in the tool housing and noise in the work area. The isolators are useful in minimizing such vibrations and noise.
ROTARY IMPACT TOOL HAVING BIT HOLDING DEVICE
A rotary impact tool includes a housing, an electric motor supported in the housing, and a drive assembly. The drive assembly includes an anvil having a longitudinal bore for selectively receiving a tool bit, and a plurality of radial slots extending from the longitudinal bore through the anvil. The rotary impact tool further includes a bit holding device including a plurality of ball detents received in the respective radial slots, and a collar slidably disposed on the anvil having an interior surface for maintaining a portion of the ball detents within the longitudinal bore, and collar spring for biasing the collar rearward to a first collar position. The bit holding device further includes a helical detent spring surrounding the anvil having a continuous helical structure with a plurality of protrusions extending into the radial slots, the protrusions are for biasing the ball detents toward an open end of the bore.
PNEUMATIC CHIPPING HAMMER
A pneumatic chisel includes a housing having a double-acting pneumatic cylinder in which a piston including a chisel is movably arranged along a longitudinal axis. The cylinder has a work-side section and a return-side section. The return-side section includes a damping portion and a pressure-equalization opening. The work-side section includes an end-position damping member and a compressed air connection. A compressed air reservoir is connected to the return-side section of the cylinder. A chisel guide housing includes a sealing air chamber. The piston is constructed as one piece with the chisel.
Electric power tool
An electric power tool includes a motor, a driving side member, and a driven side member. The driving side member and the driven side member have mutually opposed surfaces. A plurality of cam teeth are respectively disposed on concentric circles on the opposed surfaces. The plurality of cam teeth have meshing surfaces inclined at predetermined lead angles. A torque limiter is formed to disengage the engagement of the meshing surfaces of the cam teeth by moving the one member in a separation direction from the other member when load of the driven side member increases. The respective cam teeth are formed such that the lead angles of the meshing surfaces are different between a forward rotation side and a reverse rotation side. A transmission torque transmitted from the driving side member to the driven side member is equal between the forward rotation and the reverse rotation.

An attachment configured for use with a powered hammer to drive a rod into the ground includes a body, an impact portion, and a driving portion in which the rod is receivable. The impact portion defines an impact axis and includes a bore configured to receive a driving shank coupled to the powered hammer. The impact portion is configured to receive repeated impacts from the powered hammer. The driving portion includes a side load driving portion defining a side load driving axis that is parallel to the impact axis. The driving portion further includes a top load driving portion defining a top load driving axis that is parallel to the side load driving axis.
POWER TOOL
A power tool comprises a housing and an inner assembly mounted at least partially within the housing and configured to move between a first position and a second position with respect to the housing. The inner assembly comprises a motor assembly. The power tool also comprises a mounting frame for guiding the inner assembly between the first position and the second position and having a cable guide for guiding at least part of a cable connected between the motor assembly and a component fixed relative to the housing.

A spring hammer for rapping a surface, the spring hammer includes an anvil with an impact surface. The anvil can fastened to the surface to be rapped. A movable piston has a first end that is in operation moved towards the impact surface of the anvil.
