Layout and measuring tool
A layout and measurement tool for measuring and marking the edge of a piece of stock may have a first arm extending from a central portion in a horizontal plane and a second arm extending from the central portion in a vertical plane allowing for simultaneous measurement and marking of the top face of the stock piece and the side of the stock piece without the need to move or reposition the tool.
Wallbox Installation Tool
As described herein, a wall box installation tool may include a template body, one or more hollow pegs, a guide ring, and/or one or more template cards. The template cards may be configured to be installed on a front surface of the template body. A template card may define a plurality of holes therethrough. The guide ring may be configured to be installed within a pre-drilled hole in a wall. Each template card may be associated with a respective electrical device configuration. A subset of bores extending through the hollow pegs may be accessible via the template card when the template card is installed on the front surface of the template body. The wall box installation tool may include one or more fasteners that are configured to install a template card onto the front surface of the template body.

TRIM SQUARE WITH POSITIONABLE BASE
A trim square may include abase and a triangular main body defined by a first leg and a second leg that form a right angle at an intersection therebetween, and a third leg extending between distal ends of the first and second legs. The base may be operably coupled to the main body via a retention element at one of the first leg or the second leg. The main body may extend in a first plane, and the base may extend in a second plane substantially perpendicular to the first plane. The base may be movable relative to the main body in the second plane.
SEWING TAPE MEASURES WITH PRINT-ON ANTI-SLIP STRUCTURE
A sewing tape measure with a print-on anti-slip structure includes a transparent substrate and a reference line unit disposed on top surface or a bottom surface of the transparent substrate. The reference line unit includes a plurality of lateral main reference lines and longitudinal main reference lines. Each adjacent longitudinal main reference line is provided with a plurality of secondary reference lines, and a no reference line area is defined between adjacent lateral main reference lines, adjacent longitudinal main reference lines and adjacent secondary reference lines. The plural print-on anti-slip parts are disposed on the bottom surface of the transparent substrate at the interval, each print-on anti-slip part is printed by the printing ink with a anti-slip property, and each print-on anti-slip part is distributed within the range of no reference line area.
Floor tile scoring-cutting guide
A device to be used as tool creating a straightedge for scoring or cutting VCT (vinyl composition tile) or vinyl floor tile, comprising of a triangular plate that has flat and smooth side surface edges to be used as a straightedge guide to draw a utility knife or other apparatus along the edge. On one of the right angle sides of said triangular plate and face, is an elongated bar fence that extends at ninety-degree angle outwardly from said triangular plate and face. An optional T-bar fence constructed as an integral part of the Floor Tile CuttingGuide extends only a minimal distance and only far enough from the bottom edge in order that the device can lay flat on a floor tile when it is abutted to the edge or laying off to the side of a floor tile. An optional bar fence on one of the right angle straightedge sides is movable up or down in a ninety-degree angle from said plate and face allowing for the bar fence to lay flat on a floor tile or drop down when off to the side and become a fence that can be abutted to the edge of the floor tile. A preferred embodiment along the fore mentioned sides, there are numeral and corresponding measurement markings indicating distance. Along and by the right angle straightedge side, measurement makings indicate the distance from the bar fence and the edge of the floor tile. Along and by the diagonal straightedge side, measurement makings indicate the distance that the right angle straightedge is from the bottom of floor tile being sized. Such measurement markings on the diagonal are parallel and horizontal to the right angle straightedge side that indicate distance right angle straightedge is from the bottom of the floor tile for easy, quick and accurate measuring for sizing, eliminating the need for a tape measure or other measuring device. With optional recessed, indented or even slightly protruding markings, they are a minimal distance away from the edge allowing for an unobstructed and unencumbered flat and smooth side to guide and to draw a utility knife or other such apparatus along the tool edge. With a preferred embodiment, optionally on the flat face or embedded into the plate of said triangle, is a non slip-slide material made preferably of a rubber material, however optionally it can be made of other material such as vinyl or leather that hold the tool firmly and securely in place preventing movement of tool while using it as a scoring or cutting guide. The tool is constructed preferably of a hard cased aluminum, however optionally it can be constructed of any integrally formed material such as any metal or hard plastic that is solid in nature. It is a tool that is lightweight, compact and easily storable.

Tile-cutting measurement device
A tile-cutting measurement device includes a telescoping elongated body. The telescoping elongated body has a first distal end and a second distal end. A tile marker holder is disposed on the second distal end substantially parallel to the elongated body. The tile marker holder holds a tile marker. The first distal end of the tile-cutting measurement device is placed against a vertical surface such as a wall. When the tile-cutting measurement device travels along the wall, the marker traces a line along a loose tile to be cut that corresponds to the contours of the vertical surface. After the tile is measured in this manner, it will be cut along the line. The cut side of the tile is then fitted along the vertical surface. Advantageously, the tile-cutting measurement device is a portable and easy-to-use tool that allows for precise tile cutting measurements.
