Food slotting device and method
A FOOD SLOTTING DEVICE includes a holding unit, an assembly of slicing blades arranged in a perpendicular fashion, and an affixed cover piece, for creating an elongated cross-hatch pattern of perpendicular slots by partially slicing into one or more surface areas on the body of a food product, generally of an elongated nature, such as a hot dog, wiener, frankfurter, sausage or the like through the directional application of force, such as the METHOD of carrying out such partial slicing denotes. Thereafter the partially sliced food product is easily removed from the slicing blades assembly of the FOOD SLOTTING DEVICE prior to cooking, grilling, or further processing. The slots prevent bursting by permitting gases generated by the cooking process to escape, allowing penetration of the heat to the center of the food product providing quicker cooking thereof, thereby providing for a more palatable and pleasant looking food product.
CONVERTIBLE KNIFE
A knife is provided having both a multi-blade configuration for cutting multiple slices simultaneously as well as a single blade configuration for storage and single cuts. In some embodiments, the multiple blade configuration may be adjustable to define varying distances between the multiple blades.
Cutting portion of food cutter
Provided is a cutting portion that can easily obtain a large amount of cuttings of a food material in a short time. A cutting portion of a food cutter includes a plurality of blade portions that are provided with blades, and a terminal guide portion located on the most downstream side in the cutting operation direction and functions as a guide by coming in contact with the food material when cutting the food material; wherein the plurality of cutting portions and the terminal guide portion are provided so as to be substantially parallel with each other with gaps in between, and move together as one.
Structural Rework of Cellular Core Panels
Methods for reworking structures and reworked cellular core panels, reworked structures comprising the reworked cellular core panels, and guides and cutting apparatuses for reworking cellular acoustic panels and reworking cellular acoustic and non-acoustic panels are disclosed.
SAFETY CHOPPER KNIFE
A chopping tool includes a blade comprising a blade edge at a distal end, and a spine at a proximal end, the spine comprising two lateral edges with a receptor positioned near each lateral edge. The chopping tool also includes two handles engaging the blade, each handle including a scabbard section for grabbing with fingers, a horizontal section extending from the scabbard section towards and engaging the receptor on the spine, and a vertical section protruding from the scabbard section towards the distal end of the blade. Each handle is configured to pivot about a point of contact between a bottom end of the vertical section and a cutting surface to move the blade edge downward towards the cutting surface and upward away from the cutting surface in an alternating fashion for chopping an article placed on the cutting surface.
FOOD CUTTING APPARATUS
A food cutting apparatus includes first and second guide panels spaced apart from each other at a preset distance, the first and second guide panels each having a plurality of cutting slots formed downwardly at regular interval, defining a plurality of cutting guide paths to guide a cutting knife there-through to cut food products placed between the guide panels into pieces; a cutting board placed between the first and second guide panels, the cutting board having a predetermined width configured to preset the distance of the first and second guide panels by abutting the first and second guide panels against two opposing side faces of the cutting board placed there-between, thereby, enabling the user to slice the placed food products into multiple pieces using a cutting knife introduced to the plural pairs of corresponding cutting slots of the first and second guide panels; and first and second guide posts coupled perpendicularly to the first and second guide so as to guide and position the first and second guide panels at the preset distance there-between. Multiple cutting boards of different widths can be provided to place and cut different amount or rolls of the food products.
KNIFE HAVING SCALES
A knife having scales includes a U-shaped handle having a first shaft and a second shaft, a first fixed knife, which is coupled with the handle, a second movable knife, which is able to connect to and move along the first shaft in order to divide an object by a desired angle, and a protractor, which is possible to be put on the first shaft, and is used as a guide for dividing the object into desired numbers, each of which is equal amount, wherein scales are shown on the protractor, and wherein the scales are grouped in accordance with the number that the object is divided.
Structural rework of cellular core panels
Methods for reworking structures and reworked cellular core panels, reworked structures comprising the reworked cellular core panels, and guides and cutting apparatuses for reworking cellular acoustic panels and reworking cellular non-acoustic panels are disclosed.
