MULTIFUNCTIONAL CUTTER
A multifunctional cutter, including a shank, a blade, and an adjustment assembly is provided. A front side of the shank is provided with a cutting area, and an inner cavity of the shank is respectively communicated with a front end of the shank and the cutting area. The blade is detachably mounted at a front portion of the adjustment assembly. The adjustment assembly is mounted in the inner cavity, and the adjustment assembly is configured to drive, under driving on an outer portion of the shank, the blade to slide along the inner cavity. The blade is configured for providing different functions when the blade moves to different locations.

LOCK-BLADE KNIFE FOR COOKING PURPOSES
A lock-blade knife for cooking purposes comprises a housing, a blade pivotally attached to the housing and a locking mechanism. The blade is rotatable relative to the housing between a closed position and a least one cutting position. The locking mechanism is configured to lock the blade in the at least one cutting position. The locking mechanism comprises a biasing member, an engagement structure, and a grasping member. The engagement structure is disposed on the blade, and the grasping member is displaceable from a locking position into a releasing position. The grasping member is biased into the releasing position. The grasping member is in engagement with the engagement structure in the locking position when cutting to lock the blade in position. The blade is rotatable between the cutting position and the closed position when the grasping member is manually displaced into the releasing position.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL RESCUE TOOL WITH ANGLED BLADE
A multifunctional rescue tool providing a plurality of tool components including an angled blade to disengage a lock shielded by a blocker plate and wherein the angled blade has a base portion and an integral elongate distal portion forming an angle along a contiguous planar surface that is preferably substantially perpendicular and is pivotally coupled to a handle having a corresponding slot configured for receiving the angled blade wherein the elongate distal portion is angled outwardly from the base portion of the angled blade in a preferably perpendicular orientation when the base portion and handle are locked in substantial alignment in an open position, and the angled blade is alternatively engageable to form additional angles to facilitate construction of raker shores while also including various tool components including a window breaker, seat belt cutter, gas shut off, oxygen tank, hexagonal wrenches, as well as, a lanyard, shove knife, and cutting knife in a compact configuration capable of convenient and ready carrying and stowing in a pocket or wearable gear of a firefighter or other first responder.
Multi-functional vehicle escape device
The present invention discloses a vehicular emergency device wherein the driver or passenger's are unable to escape from the vehicle due to damage from the accident. The device consists of a hand-held tool that is equipped with a removable clip, an economic handgrip, a seat belt cutter, a tungsten carbide coated steel probe that is used to shatter automotive glass with a single stroke. The device disclosed herein is made of high density molded plastic that will withstand pressures likely to be encountered in an emergency situation.
Multifunctional knife
Provided are multifunctional folding knives for quick access to the blade and conveniently tool-securing accessory thereto. The knife comprises a blade and a handle pivotally connected to the blade. A cutout is disposed on a spine of the blade. Two or more holes are disposed in opposite relation around the cutout. A tool-securing accessory is removably secured on a spine of the blade. The tool-securing accessory comprises a base plate. A magnet is disposed in the base plate. A flange is disposed along a distal edge of an upper surface of the base plate and forming a concave opening. A semi-collar comprising a pair of arms is pivotally secured on the flange configured to switch between a locked position and an unlocked position. Two or more posts are perpendicularly disposed on the base plate to removably engage the two or more holes on the spine of the blade.

SCORING KNIFE
A knife including a body having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a longitudinal axis that extends centrally through the first end and the second end. The knife further includes a first scoring tip that points in a first direction, a second scoring tip that points in a second direction opposite the first direction, and a scoring tip axis that extends centrally through the first scoring tip and the second scoring tip. The scoring tip axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A chisel extends from the second end of the body and the longitudinal axis of the body extends centrally through the chisel.

Cutter
A cutter includes a handle, a blade unit and a lock. The handle includes a slot in an end. The blade unit includes a holder and a blade. The holder includes an insert extending from a sheath. The sheath includes two channels made with small width so that a finger cannot be inserted into any of the channels. The insert is adapted for insertion in the slot. The blade is inserted in the sheath, with two exposed portions exposed to the exterior of the sheath through the channels. The lock is connected to the handle near the slot and movable between a locking position for keeping the insert in the slot and a releasing position for allowing the insert to leave the slot.
