Electric Hair Clipper Driven by a Brushless External Rotor Motor
The invention discloses an electric hair clipper driven by a brushless external rotor motor, which comprises a cutter assembly, a motor assembly and a swing rod transmission assembly, wherein the cutter assembly comprises a fixed blade and a moving blade moveably mounted on the fixed blade; the motor assembly comprises a brushless external rotor motor, an eccentric output shaft and a spherical bearing; the swing rod transmission assembly is installed between the cutter assembly and the motor assembly, and comprises a positioning pin shaft and a transmission swing rod which is sheathed on the positioning pin shaft and rotates around the positioning pin shaft. The end of the transmission swing rod corresponding to the motor assembly forms a drive notch for holding the spherical bearing, and the end of the transmission swing rod corresponding to the cutter assembly is used to drive the moving blade.
Cutting mechanism
A cutting mechanism for a hair cutting apparatus, such as a shaving apparatus, includes an outer cutting member having hair-entry openings and an inner cutting member having cutting elements each having a first cutting edge. The inner cutting member is moveable with respect to the outer cutting member so as to perform a cutting operation within a cutting region of the cutting mechanism. Adjacent hair-entry openings are separated by a dividing element having a cutting section that lies within the cutting region and a non-cutting section that is outside the cutting region. The non-cutting section includes an inner wall facing the inner cutting member and a side wall which is substantially perpendicular to the inner wall. A single chamfer is provided between the inner wall of the non-cutting region and the side wall of the non-cutting region.
Hair removal device
A hair removal device, in particular an electric shaver, comprising a working head attached to a handle for moving the working head along a skin surface, said working head including at least a pair of short hair cutters and at least one trimmer neighboring at least one of said short hair cutters, wherein said short hair cutters and said trimmer are movable relative to said handle under a skin contact pressure.
Hair Clipper Device with Replaceable Cover
The present invention relates generally to the field of hair care accessories. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hair clipper, cutter or trimer device with a replaceable or interchangeable cover. The cover removably-attaches to the hair clipper and has an opening so that the blades may operate freely and at least one opening in the side walls to provide access to the operational features of the hair clipper. The cover may resemble any vehicle, character, animal, object, item, shape or other themed configuration. In this manner, the clipper can be reconfigured with a plurality of differing appearances, depending on the preferences of the barber or hair stylist or the individual getting a haircut.
Hair cutting appliance and blade set
The present invention relates to a hair cutting appliance (10) comprising a blade set (20), and to a blade set (20) of a hair cutting appliance (10). The blade set (20) is arranged to be moved through hair in an assumed moving direction (28) to cut hair. The blade set (20) comprises a stationary blade (22), a movable blade (24), and a lateral protecting element (56). The stationary blade (22) comprises at least one toothed cutting edge (32, 34), a lateral end (30), and a first surface (48) that is arranged, when in use for shaving purposes, as a skin-contacting surface. The movable blade (24) comprises a toothed cutting edge (32, 34). The stationary blade (22) and the movable blade (24) are arranged to be reciprocally moved with respect to each other in a cutting direction (Y) that is basically perpendicular to the assumed moving direction (28). The lateral protecting element (56) is associated with the lateral end (30), thereby defining a lateral end cap of the stationary blade (22), wherein the lateral protecting element (56) laterally shields a lateral edge (40) of the lateral end (30), such that, when in use, skin contact of the lateral edge (40) is prevented. The lateral protecting element (56) and the lateral end (30) cooperate so as to prevent hairs from being trapped there between. The stationary blade (22) and the movable blade (24) are at least partially made from steel, and the lateral protecting element (56) is made from plastic material. The blade set (20) configured to pivot or swivel with respect to a housing of the hair cutting appliance (10).
Blade set, hair cutting appliance, and related manufacturing method
A hair cutting appliance, a blade set for a hair cutting appliance, and to an integrally formed metal-plastic composite stationary blade for said blade sett and a method of manufacture is disclosed. The stationary blade includes a first wall portion arranged to serve as a skin facing wall when in operation, a second wall portion at least partially offset from the first wall portion such that the first wall portion and the second wall portion define therebetween an inner guide slot arranged to receive a moveable cutter blade. At least one toothed leading edge is jointly formed by the first wall portion and the second wall portion, and a plastic component comprising at least one mounting element.
Personal care product docking system with flux guiding members
A personal care product system is provided. The personal care product system has a stand that has a first stand permanent docking magnet. A stand inductive charging coil is also positioned within the stand. A handle that has a first handle permanent docking magnet is removably mounted to the stand. A handle inductive charging coil is positioned within the handle. A handle flux guiding member is in close proximity to a surface of the first handle permanent docking magnet to direct a magnetic field away from the inductive charging coils.
Electric Hair Clipper with Temperature Changing Function
The present disclosure provides an electric hair clipper with a temperature changing function, including a machine body and a cutter head, a heat transfer structure for heating and refrigerating is disposed in the machine body, and the heat transfer structure and the fixed cutter fixing member are connected to each other in a manner of heat conduction; or a refrigerating structure is disposed in the machine body, which is connected to the fixed cutter fixing member in a manner of heat conduction; or a heating structure is disposed in the machine body, which is connected to the fixed cutter fixing member in a manner of heat conduction. The heat transfer structure and the fixed cutter fixing member are connected to each other in a manner of heat conduction, so that the temperature of the fixed cutter fixing member can change directly, and the overall heat transfer energy loss is small.
