Wedger

A wedger includes a housing and a plunger. The housing includes an interior blade assembly and handles extending laterally away from the housing. The plunger and housing cooperate to enable the plunger to push a food item through the blade assembly and the housing. The inclusion of the handles makes the wedger invertible, so that the housing may be pushed downward toward the plunger by grasping the handles.

A lockable rotary cutting mat includes a base plate and a rotary plate. The central bottom portion of the rotary plate is assembled on the center of the base plate through a rotary connector. The rotary plate includes a cutting surface and a periphery. The periphery is formed with concave edge portions, and a locking component is provided at the corresponding position between the base plate and the rotary plate periphery. The locking component includes a moving base, a controller and a locking edge portion. The controller can be pushed along a movement guiding axis on the moving base. The locking edge portion is connected to, and can be driven by the controller to have locked and released positions. When the locking edge portion is at the locked position, it is aligned to, and is engaged with the corresponding concave edge portion, so that the rotary plate is fixed.

Dual knife food cutter

A dual knife food cutter apparatus is configurable into a cutting configuration and a storage configuration. In the cutting configuration, the first blade is attached to the second blade to form a substantially contiguous combined cutting side. In the storage configuration, the cutting side of each blade is inserted into a slot of the handle of the other blade.

An automated pizza cutter with a blade and a pizza resting on a working surface. Horizontal, vertical and/or rotational relative movement between the blade and the pizza is effected by different embodiments. The working surface can be moved rotationally relative to the blade, and the blade may be moved horizontally and/or vertically relative to the working surface. In one embodiment, a rotatably driven table supports a pizza while a blade disposed above the table is configured to move vertically and horizontally. A programmable user interface allows operation of the cutter. After the cutting process is completed, a blade cleaner wipes the blade of debris, which eliminates cross contamination between different types of pizzas.

A food cutting tool. The food cutting tool has a body with an outer perimeter wall and an inner perimeter wall. The inner perimeter wall defines an open central area with a channel opening towards the open central area. The channel is sized to receive a plurality of wires which are utilized to cut through a piece of food. The plurality of wires is disposed diametrically across the open central area and each end of a wire is affixed in the channel of the inner perimeter wall. The plurality of wires is adjustably secured to the inner perimeter wall thereby enabling a user to selectively adjust the spacing between individual wires. In operation, the user places the food cutting tool over a piece of food and press down on the body, forcing the plurality of wires through the piece of food to divide the food into even portions.
