FOOD PRODUCT SLICING APPARATUS
A food product slicing apparatus includes a frame and upper and lower drive assemblies. The upper drive assembly includes a belt configured to engage an upper surface of a food product block to be sliced, a plate pivotally mounted to the frame, front and rear wheels supporting the upper belt, the front wheel rotatably mounted to the plate and a drive member engaged with the plate. When the drive member is engaged, the plate and the front roller pivot relative to the frame and to the rear wheel. The lower drive assembly includes a belt configured to engage a bottom surface of the food product block.

The invention relates to a jaw pair for punching out holes or recesses, preferably in sheet metal parts, the jaw pair being connectable to a device (23) to be operated preferably hydraulically and being designed, for example, as a pivoting jaw pair, wherein a punch (8) is formed on one jaw and a punching opening (6) is formed on the other jaw. To provide an advantageous jaw pair for punching out holes or recesses, preferably in sheet metal parts, it is proposed that a stripper part (10) which is situated outside of an outer contour of the punch (8) in the punching direction is formed in the jaw having the punch (8) and is movable in relation to the punch (8).

A machine for forming packing templates includes a infeed system that can feed multiple feeds of sheet material into the machine without repositioning the infeed system or forming creases or bends in the sheet material. Method and device for conveying polymeric oblates to casting machines and application
The invention includes a method and device for conveying pre-printed polymer oblates (IML), supplied in a roller, to a casting machine such as an injection press that molds items such as cups or lids, where the oblates must be integrated in items by the oblates being partially punched such that they remain fixed to the roller in points or bridges, after which the roller with the semi-punched oblates is placed on a device (1) from which the roller with oblates is rolled out in stages, such that the oblates pass through a tool (5) with holes (9) which are shaped to fit the circumference of the oblates, after which the oblates are removed with a device such as a robot with vacuum suction that tears over the river bridges that fix the oblate to the roller and transfers the oblates to the injection casting tool.

The invention relates to a method for continuously slicing products, in particular food products, comprising at least one slicing unit, in particular comprising a circular or sickle knife, for separating the product into product slices, a feed device for feeding the products to the slicing unit along multiple tracks and a discharge device for discharging portions which respectively comprise at least one separated product slice, the feed device comprises a loading device which is designed to receive at least one product and can be adjusted as a whole between the loading station and a guide station, at least one conveying device which when seen from the direction of guiding, is arranged downstream from the loading device and comprises at least two conveying tracks and a control device which is designed to control the conveying tracks independently from each other such that portions are produced continuously, in which the separation of product slices in a conveying track is interrupted and in particular, almost at the same time, is started with the separating of product slices into another conveying track.
