The present invention relates to a hanging accessory coordinator or organizer including a plurality of pockets with dividers for storing accessories and clothing items in an organized manner. The coordinator or organizer has an adjustable hook for hanging a planar surface of the tool, the hook has a telescoping sliding member to adjust distance of the planar surface from a wall upon which the hook is mounted and has a swivel mechanism to turn the planar surface relative to the hook. The planar surface has a plurality of elastic or fiber pockets with or without dividers for storing accessories. The tool has other storage spaces with fasteners for storing items that are easy to retrieve. The tool can be hung inside a closet or on a door of a closet.

An over-the-door hanging apparatus includes a support structure extending along a longitudinal axis and having a rear surface. A first mounting bracket that is elongated in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the support structure is coupled to the rear surface of the support structure. A bracket assembly may include a first elongate member having a first bracket that is configured to engage a top edge of a door, a second elongate member having a second bracket that is configured to engage the top edge of the door, and at least one mounting element. The support structure may be configured to be mounted to the bracket assembly through engagement between the at least one mounting element of the bracket assembly and the first mounting bracket.

An over-the-door hanging apparatus includes a support structure extending along a longitudinal axis and having a rear surface. A first mounting bracket that is elongated in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis of the support structure is coupled to the rear surface of the support structure. A bracket assembly may include a first elongate member having a first bracket that is configured to engage a top edge of a door, a second elongate member having a second bracket that is configured to engage the top edge of the door, and at least one mounting element. The support structure may be configured to be mounted to the bracket assembly through engagement between the at least one mounting element of the bracket assembly and the first mounting bracket.

An over-the-door hanging apparatus which includes a mirror apparatus having a rear surface, at least one mounting element located on the rear surface of the mirror apparatus, and at least one over-the-door hanger. The over-the-door hanger may include an elongate member, a bracket for engaging a top edge of a door, a first hook punched into the elongate member and being aligned with a first aperture formed through the elongate member, and a second hook punched into the elongate member and being aligned with a second aperture formed through the elongate member. The mirror apparatus may be slidably mounted to the at least one over-the-door hanger through slidable mating between the at least one mounting element on the rear surface of the mirror apparatus and one of the first and second hooks of the at least one over-the-door hanger.

A substrate usable with a double-side adhesive strip to suspend the substrate to a wall surface. The substrate can have one or more access holes located within an outer perimeter of the substrate. Each access hole has an inner perimeter inwardly of the outer perimeter that is sized and shaped to allow a tab of the double-sided adhesive strip to be extracted through the inner perimeter, after the substrate is suspended on the wall surface. Various articles can attach to the suspended substrate, such as through magnetic attachment, a hook, or a shelf.

A holder for an umbrella includes a base member and a top member. The top member is a resilient member that includes a central opening with slot defined around the opening. A handle for the umbrella can be inserted into the central opening. The base member can include a number of different attachment devices that can be used to attach the holder to an object such as a car or a golf cart. The attachment devices can include magnets or suction cups. The attachment devices can also include a flexible am. One end of the flexible arm can connect to the holder. The other end can have a connector, such as a claw device. The holder is configured to be connected to an object such as a golf cart, shopping cart or car.

The base member can include a number of different attachment devices that can be used to attach the holder to an object such as a car or a golf cart. The attachment devices can include magnets or suction cups. The attachment devices can also include a flexible am. One end of the flexible arm can connect to the holder. The other end can have a connector, such as a claw device. The holder is configured to be connected to an object such as a golf cart, shopping cart or car.

A storage basket, including a side frame and a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of the side frame. The side frame and the bottom plate are of an integrated structure or split-type structures. An outer edge of the top of the side frame is provided with an outer frame; gaps are formed in all bends of the outer frame; corner protectors are wrapped on all the bends of the side frame; and the top of each corner protector has a bent portion that is bent towards the inner side of the side frame or the outer side of the side frame and covers the gap. The outer frame at the top of the storage basket deforms or breaks when the storage basket is made into a taper. An apparatus for hanging an article from a door. In one aspect, the apparatus may be an over-the-door hanging apparatus that includes a support structure, a bracket assembly detachably coupled to the support structure, and at least one accessory unit detachably coupled to the support structure. The bracket assembly includes at least one mounting element for coupling the bracket assembly to the support structure and, at least one bracket configured to engage a top edge of a door for hanging the support structure from the door. The accessory unit may include a mesh portion and a plurality of hooks, with the mesh portion being positioned adjacent to one of the lateral edges of the support structure.
