Utility scissors assembly
A utility scissors assembly structured to facilitate the cutting and/or punching a hole in a material item, through the provision of a combination scissors device and a retractable punch mechanism. A utility scissors assembly includes two pivotally connected utility members pivotable between a open and a closed position, each including a blade portion and a handle portion. The punch mechanism may be connected to a utility member and pivotable thereon into and out of an exposed, operative orientation corresponding to the utility member. The second utility member may include an aperture disposed and structured to engage and receive the correspondingly aligned punch mechanism, at least when the punch mechanism is in the operative orientation and the utility members are in the closed position.

PUNCH JAWS AND PUNCH DEVICE COMPRISING A PUNCH SLEEVE AND A PUNCH OPENING
Punch jaws are provided and are configured to punch holes and/or recesses in parts made of sheet metal. The punch jaws include first and second jaws pivotally connected to each other around a pivoting axis to pivot in a pivoting plane. A work region is formed by a punch ram on the first pivoting jaw and a punch opening on the second pivoting jaw. The punch ram carries a punch sleeve having a punch edge on its circumference. The punch sleeve moves in a side view, in which the pivoting axis is punctiform, along a circular line, a center point of which is formed by the pivoting axis, during its pivoting motion. The punch sleeve is introduced into the punch opening in a side view initially penetrates the punch opening with a front region the punch edge referred to the pivoting direction. The front region is in this side view formed on the side of the pivoting axis of the circular line with respect to a pivoting circle, along which the punch sleeve moves.
Cutter for adhesive and other tapes
Severing tools for adhesive and other tapes that are thin or are made from thin material and have one tip to allow their attachment to rolls of tape without substantially changing the outlook of the tape rolls and their production cost.

PRECISION DRYWALL PUNCH
According to the present invention, an apparatus is provided that allows cutting an opening in a material, such as a wall or surface, while accurately controlling the depth of penetration so as not to damage or destroy any existing materials behind the wall or surface, and also without needing equal access behind the wall or surface. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the apparatus includes a support block assembly having a thickness and at least one primary surface, the at least one primary surface defining a perimeter of the support block assembly; and one or more cutting blades coupled to the support block assembly in at least one location and extending away from the at least one primary surface, the one or more cutting blades being arranged in a closed plane orientation and each being coupled to the support block assembly such that the one or more cutting blades extend away from the at least one primary surface at an inset distance relative to the perimeter of the support block assembly. In another preferred embodiment, the apparatus includes one or more levels. And in another preferred embodiment, the apparatus includes a handle.

Tool and method for opening a vacuum sealed bottle
A tool and method for puncturing a lid of a vacuum sealed bottle to release the vacuum and allow easy opening. A point extends down from the tool, and force may be exerted against the tool by the palm or thumb of a user causing the point to penetrate the lid. The point preferably extends between 3/16 inches and 1/16 inches down from the handle, and more preferably about 3/16 inches. In some embodiments the tool is mushroom shaped having a wider round or oval upper portion for grasping and a narrower lower portion centered under the upper portion of the handle, the point extending down from the lower portion.
