Drywall Punch
The drywall punch, a drywall removal device, is a handheld tool used to punch through drywall by being positioned over each drywall fastener to penetrate through the drywall sheet surface and crush the drywall sheet material beneath detaching the drywall from the fastener and from the underlying supporting structure.
COCONUT PUNCH TAP DRILLER
The coconut punch tap driller is composed of the 2-part casing (10) composed of a narrow section (20) that is cylindrically-shaped Tap 1 with a small diameter and sharp end made of plastic functioning to drill into the inside of the coconut (60). Next to the narrow section (20) is shaped into a flat section with a large diameter (30) functioning to distribute the weight of the upper impact force, so the narrow section (20) drills into the coconut (60). The flat section with the large diameter (30) is Tap 2. Next to the flat section with a large diameter (30) is the wide section (50) made from plastic with rectangle-shaped Tap 3 composed of Smooth Wall 1 (1), Smooth Wall 2 (2) and the Upper Smooth Wall (3). Tap 1, Tap 2 and Tap 3 are together on the same center, functioning as a space for inserting a straw (4) to drink coconut water.

RESEALABLE SPOUT FOR SELECTIVELY ACCESSING COCONUT WATER WITHIN A COCONUT
A resealable spigot for a coconut that provides easy access by consumers to the sterile coconut water within a coconut includes a valve seat positioned within a coconut aperture and a plunger sleeve positioned within the valve seat. The plunger sleeve has a based positioned membrane that seals the coconut aperture, A plunger-stopper is tethered to the plunger sleeve for shipping and storage and is used by the consumer to pierce the plunger sleeve membrane to gain access to the coconut water. The plunger sleeve is also used to reseal the coconut aperture to preserve any remaining coconut water for future consumption. Further provided is an additional embodiment for a spigot comprising a conduit having a spike-tip on one end and a spout on the other with a through bore therebetween. The coconut having a partially inserted spigot is provided to the consumer whereby the consumer gains access to the sterile coconut water by pushing the partially inserted spigot to its seated position with a grommet provided as an insertion stop for the spigot. An optional air vent is provided to aid in fluid flow from the spigot.

Spike assembly
In a first aspect there is disclosed a spike assembly (10) including a base (12) and a spike formation (14) operatively attached to the base (12). The spike formation (14) is adapted to hold a plurality of impaled sheets and includes an elongate spike (16) longitudinally extending between a base end (18) and an impale end (20). The base end (18) of the spike (16) is operatively adapted for attachment to the base (12). The spike assembly (12) further includes a (i) handle (26) operatively associated with the spike formation (14) and moveable relative to the spike formation to apply force to a sheet to be impaled on the spike formation, and (ii) a guide assembly (28) operatively adapted to guide movement of the handle (26) relative to the spike formation (14).
Pressure equalising piercing device for jars having a screw-top closure
A pressure equalising device (10) which has a squat shape and which has three positions which are a first unlocked and retracted position, a second locked and retracted position, and a third unlocked and extended position wherein the device comprises a spike (14) for piercing a container, a biasing member (12) to bias the device into the first position from the third position, an upper body (20) which supports the spike and which has a locking formation (28), and a lower body (40); wherein the device has a twist lock such that the device can be rotated to and from its first and second positions; wherein the twist lock comprises a slot (52) in the lower body which is positioned to receive the locking formation (28) to immobilise the upper body (20) in relation to the lower body (40); the invention provides an ergonomically acceptable and safe way to reduce the torque force required to open the typical jar to less that 2 Nm by equalising the pressures inside and outside the jar.
