CAP FOR CONTAINER
A cap for a container is formed so that the cap has a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other, one periphery of the circular sidewall connecting to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end, and another periphery of the circular sidewall at an opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. Incisions are in the circular sidewall. The incisions form a ring member located at the opened end of the cap separated from a main body of the cap by a first incision and a second incision between the opened end of the main body and the ring member.
CUTTING DEVICE FOR CUTTING CAPSULES
Cutting device to form on a capsule for closing a container at least one connecting strap that keeps the capsule attached to the container after opening, the cutting, device comprising at least one cutting edge to make at least one cut on the capsule, the at least one cutting edge comprising a cutting start capsule inlet, a cutting end capsule outlet, and at least one transition cutting portion arranged on the capsule inlet and/or on the capsule outlet to form at least one cusp-shaped end zone, the at least one cutting portion being retracted with respect to a remaining part of the at least one cutting, edge so as to penetrate less the capsule of a remaining part of the at least one cutting edge reducing stress concentration and preventing initiation of a fracture in the at least one cusp-shaped end zone.
Method for manufacturing a plug for a container neck
The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method for a plug for a container neck. In one implementation, a skirt of the plug is molded and provided with an attachment device adapted to removably attach to the container neck and with a permanent retention strip around the container neck. The retention strip is adapted to pass, by folding, from a molding configuration to an operating configuration. A peripheral break line is then cut out in the skirt, adapted so as to be broken during the first opening of the plug. In some implementations, the retention strip may be prefolded and thereby pass from a molding configuration to an intermediate prefolded configuration. The retention strip is then folded until it passes into an operating configuration. In some implementations, the folding of the retention strip may pass the retention strip from an intermediate prefolded configuration to an operating configuration.
CUTTING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CAPSULES
A cutting apparatus and method are disclosed for forming on a capsule a preferential cutting line that defines a guarantee band, with a feeding device configured to feed a respective capsule to a cutting arrangement, with a sensor unit that detects an orientation of the capsules before they reach the cutting arrangement, and a control device configured to vary an orientation of the capsule on the basis of the detection of the sensor unit before the capsule reaches the cutting arrangement.
Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus is provided for cutting a cap as it travels along an advancement path in an advancement direction. The cutting apparatus includes a spindle movable along the advancement path and rotatable around an axis thereof. The spindle is shaped to interact with the cap and to rotate the cap around the axis. A support moves along the advancement path together with the spindle. The support is shaped to interact with the cap and to retain the cap against the spindle. A cutting device is arranged to form a cut in a side wall of the cap when the spindle reaches a cutting zone provided in the advancement path. The spindle includes a hollow housing shaped to house a cap protrusion to stop rotation of the cap in a preset position with respect to the spindle to orient the cap with respect to the cutting device.
Knife for making incisions on caps
A knife in a cutting apparatus for obtaining incision lines and notches on a cap made of plastics intended for closing a container, the knife being suitable for making notches and incisions on a side wall of the cap when the cap rotates around a rotation axis and moves along a path for interacting with the knife in an advancement direction, the knife including a plurality of tools arranged in a layered structure, wherein the cutting tools are parallel to a plane and stacked in a direction of a vertical axis orthogonal to the plane, the layered structure including: a first horizontal cutting tool, a second horizontal cutting tool, and a transverse cutting tool including at least two transverse cutting edges, each extending substantially vertically.
Cap cutting machine
A cap cutting machine, characterized by comprising: a housing assembly (2), movable along a pre-determined path (P) and provided with a rotary housing (20) which is structured for housing a cap (C) and rotating the cap (C) about a first axis of rotation (X); cutting means (3), conformed for cutting a side surface of the cap (C) and arranged along an active tract of the path (P); motor means (5) structured for rotating the rotary housing (20) about the first axis of rotation (X) so that a side surface of the cap (C) comes into contact with the cutting means (3), thereby rolling without sliding with respect to the cutting means (3).
Cap for container
A cap for a container includes a main body having a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other. One periphery of the circular sidewall connects to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end and the other periphery of the circular sidewall at the opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. A ring member is located at the opened end of the main body. A first incision between the opened end of the main body and the ring member has a first end and a second end. The first end is separated from the second end. A second incision located on the main body or the ring member has a first end and a second end. The first end of the second incision is separated from the second end of the second incision.
Knife for cutting capsules
A knife for a cutting apparatus forms incision lines and cuts on a side wall of a capsule made of plastics intended to close a container and it is suitable for performing cuts and incisions when the capsule is rotated around a rotation axis and moved along a path to interact with the knife in an advancement direction. The knife includes a vertically stacked layered structure of cutting tools. First and second spaced cutting tools form spaced circumferential cuts on the side wall and a third cutting tool arranged between the first and second cutting tools forms oblique cuts on the side wall defining connecting portions connecting the tamper ring and the side wall.
