The cap comprises a main body having a top plate and a circular sidewall, wherein one periphery of the circular sidewall connects to the top plate forming a closed end, and the other periphery of the circular sidewall at the opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end; and a ring member located at the opened end of the main body, separated from the main body by a first incision line, and connected to the main body by a plurality of connecting portions, wherein a plurality of second incision lines locate on the main body or the ring member and locate at one side of the plurality of connecting portions. The cap provided by the present invention will, while in its open and/or closed state, continue to be connected to its container.
CAP FOR CONTAINER
A cap for a container includes a main body having a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other. One periphery of the circular sidewall connects to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end and the other periphery of the circular sidewall at the opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. A ring member is located at the opened end of the main body. A first incision between the opened end of the main body and the ring member has a first end and a second end. The first end is separated from the second end. A second incision located on the main body or the ring member has a first end and a second end. The first end of the second incision is separated from the second end of the second incision
Apparatus for cutting caps
A cutting apparatus is disclosed to form a weakening line of a of an anti-tampering device of a cap made of plastics for closing a container, in which the cutting apparatus includes a feeding device for feeding the caps along a feeding path, a blade arranged in the feeding path to form the weakening line, at least one abutting wall on which the cap can roll, and a micrometric screw configured for adjusting the corresponding position of the blade with respect to the abutting wall, so that blade wear can be compensated by advancing the blade to the feeding path of the caps independently of the abutting wall.
MANUFACTURE OF CAP FOR CONTAINER
A cap for a container is formed so that the cap has a top plate and a circular sidewall. Two opposite sides of the circular sidewall circularly connect to each other, one periphery of the circular sidewall connecting to one surface of the top plate forming a closed end, and another periphery of the circular sidewall at an opposite side of the closed end forms an opened end. Incision lines are in the circular sidewall. The incision lines form a ring member located at the opened end of the cap separated from a main body of the cap by a first incision line in between the opened end of the main body and the ring member. The ring member is connected to the main body by a plurality of connecting portions.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CUTTING CLOSURES FOR CONTAINERS
A cutting method and apparatus for closures of the tethered type are disclosed, in which a spindle that carries a closure is moved to a cutting device with one or more horizontal blades and at least one vertical or oblique blade. During cutting, the spindle rotates and the closure rolls on the cutting device. The spindle, which is fed several times to the cutting device carrying each time a different closure, comprises a portion made of a softer material than the blades so that during cutting the blades penetrate the material of the closure and then sink into the softer portion of the spindle. Feeding the spindle that carries the closure to the cutting device is coordinated with rotation of the spindle so that the vertical or oblique blade, each time that the spindle is fed to the cutting device, always meets the same zone of the softer portion of the spindle.
CAP FOR CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a cap for a container.

Method for Manufacturing a Plug for a Container Neck
The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing method for a plug for a container neck. In one implementation, a skirt of the plug is molded and provided with an attachment device adapted to removably attach to the container neck and with a permanent retention strip around the container neck. The retention strip is adapted to pass, by folding, from a molding configuration to an operating configuration. A peripheral break line is then cut out in the skirt, adapted so as to be broken during the first opening of the plug. In some implementations, the retention strip may be prefolded and thereby pass from a molding configuration to an intermediate prefolded configuration. The retention strip is then folded until it passes into an operating configuration. In some implementations, the folding of the retention strip may pass the retention strip from an intermediate prefolded configuration to an operating configuration.
Apparatus And Method For Producing A Locking Ring On A Closure Cap For A Container
An apparatus for producing a locking ring on a closure cap for a container is disclosed. The apparatus includes a stationary fixture for a cutting knife having a cutting blade accommodated by the fixture and extending along a cutting section; and a transport installation for transporting a support mandrel along the cutting section, wherein the support mandrel is adapted for supporting a shell of a closure cap blank in such a manner that the shell during a cutting procedure is rolled on the cutting blade. The support mandrel has a rotatable mounting by way of which the support mandrel is mounted so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis oriented perpendicularly to the cutting section. The fixture is adapted to accommodate at least one cutting knife in a first and second configuration.
Cutting apparatus and method for cutting a cap
An apparatus for cutting capsules includes an engaging portion rotatable together with a spindle, the engaging portion including an axially protruding projection for abutting on an inner protrusion of the cap in a circumferential direction, and a contact surface for abutting an inner central region of the cap. The contact surface and the abutting surface are movable to achieve a phased angular orientation configuration with respect to a cutting device for cutting caps and an axial holding configuration. The inner protrusion of the cap has a preset angular position with respect to a circumferential score on a side wall of the cap. Cutting of the cap includes leading the axially protruding projection to a circumferential abutment on the protrusion, leading the contact surface to an axial abutment against the inner central region, and scoring the cap by the cutting device.
