The present invention relates to an illuminated mailbox device primarily comprised of a mailbox, at least one solar panel, at least one address plate, at least one LED light, at least one motion sensor and at least one light sensor. The at least one solar panel provides power to the LED light, which may be located on the interior surface to illuminate the interior surface and the exterior of the device to illuminate the address plate which displays the address of the house at which the device is being used. The LED light is further activated by the motion sensor that is preferably activated when the front wall is in motion and/or when the light sensor that is activated by a lack of light during dawn, dusk or night.

Present embodiments relate to a revolving mailbox cluster and central package delivery system. More specifically, without limitation, present embodiments relate to a revolving mailbox cluster that includes: substantially circular layers stacked vertically, where a second layer sits atop a first layer, and wherein each substantially circular layers includes: vertically opposed bottom top plates, divider plates perpendicular to the bottom and top plates, and a center ring, where the bottom and top plates, dividers, and center ring define individual mailbox units, each of which has an opening disposed opposite the center ring; a first motor for moving the substantially circular layers vertically; and a second motor for rotating the substantially circular layers.

A receiving and pick-up arrangement for postal items with a foldable housing. When the arrangement is not in use, the housing can be folded up to save space. For this purpose, the side walls are foldable, so that the side walls are arranged or stowed between the top wall and the bottom wall in the folded up state. In the folded up state, the arrangement does not have a receiving chamber for receiving postal items. In operation, the housing is unfolded. In the unfolded state of the housing, the postal item can be placed into the receiving chamber then formed between the side walls via the first opening or the second opening and removed again at a later stage. Also, a method for receiving and a method for picking up a postal item with such an arrangement.

A mailbox system that is operable to provide an owner thereof the ability to change a portion of the mailbox system for thematic decorative purposes. The mailbox system of the present invention includes a lower portion having a base member and a mounting pole member wherein the base member is configured to be buried in the ground. The mounting pole member extends upward from the base member and is configured to operably couple with a support pole of the upper portion. The upper portion includes a body member wherein the body member further has an integrally formed receptacle. The body member is manufactured in various shapes and sizes so as to provide decorative theme options. A locking mechanism is present on the upper portion and is configured to provide securing of the upper portion to the lower portion.

A lockout device for an opening of a collection box, such as a postal collection box. The lockout device can include a cover sized to block the opening to prevent access to the contents of the collection box through the opening. In one example, the cover can be assembled over the opening and a locking pin can be inserted through apertures in the lateral sides of the opening walls and lateral sides of the cover. The locking pin can be lock in place using a lock and lock guard. In another example, the cover includes an internal extension assembly with clamping mechanisms that can engage with the lateral sides of the opening.

A mailbox having a housing, floor, mail receptacle, front door and traveling rod. The mail receptacle is situated on top of a sliding rail assembly affixed to the floor. A first end of the traveling rod is pivotally connected to a first horizontal bar that is secured to a rear portion of the sliding rail assembly. Two first support members are pivotally connected to the right and left ends of the first horizontal bar. The first support members are also pivotally connected to two second support members that extend from the rear end of the mailbox to the front door inside of the housing. A second end of the traveling rod is attached to a shaft, and a wheel bearing is situated on either end of the shaft. A receiving bracket attached to the rear wall of the mail receptacle is configured to receive the wheel bearings and shaft.

A lockout device for an opening of a collection box, such as a postal collection box. The lockout device can include a cover sized to block the opening to prevent access to the contents of the collection box through the opening. A system and method providing a smart, Internet-connected mailbox is disclosed. The system having a smart mailbox device, a web server, and a mobile device configured to communicatively interconnect over the Internet. The smart mailbox device includes a mailbox enclosure having a lockable mail and package lockbox electrically coupled to a mailbox processor device, a keypad device electrically coupled to the mailbox processor device, a video camera electrically coupled to the mailbox processor device, a display device electrically coupled to the mailbox processor device, a wireless data network transceiver for configured to communicatively interconnect the mailbox device to the Internet, a mailbox processor device for controlling the smart mailbox device, The mailbox processor device has: a memory having instructions stored thereon and a processor configured to execute the instructions on the memory to cause the mailbox processor device to authenticate deliveries and notify users.

A mailbox support system comprising a triangular frame, comprising a generally vertical side having an outer side surface, a ground side having a bottom surface and lower guide hole, and an angled side having a top surface and an upper guide hole; and an angled anchoring stake, having a short end and a long end; wherein the long end of said anchoring stake passes through said upper guide hole in said angled side and said lower guide hole in said ground side, such that at least one third of its length extends beyond the bottom surface of said bottom side, and said short end lies parallel to and flush against the top surface of said angled side; wherein said upper guide hole and said lower guide hole cooperate to guide the anchoring stake through said frame at an angle between 50° and 70° from vertical.
