An assembly and method for the use of a float in a pool. The assembly provides a stable platform to place food, drink, and decorations. Additionally, the assembly reduces the number of small animals drowning or dying in a pool by providing a stable platform in which to climb onto to get out of the water. The assembly includes a foam float, tether, and anchor. The anchor and tether confine the area the float can travel. The anchor is attached to the pool wall, eliminating a tripping hazard next to the pool.

A recreational floating bar apparatus capable of carrying beverages including liquor bottles and drinking vessels having a floatable base. A liquor bottle rack can extend upward from the floatable base, the liquor bottle rack having at least two compartments, each compartment sized to receive one of the liquor bottles. A plurality of drinking vessel retainers can be positioned on the floatable base about the liquor bottle rack. The plurality of drinking vessel retainers can include a first set of drinking vessel retainers having a first size, and a second set of drinking vessel retainers having a second size. The apparatus can be used to store relatively large amounts of beverages to help reduce the need for a user to exit the water to retrieve more beverages.

A pool toy consists of a flexible, buoyant pool noodle with a drink holder mounted to one end. A user sits on or astride the noodle in a well-known manner to float relaxingly in a generally upright posture in a pool, lake, or other body of water. The weight of the user on the flexible noodle causes the noodle to bend into a substantially U-shaped configuration, in which at least one end of the pool noodle projects above the surface of the water. The drink holder is mounted to an end of the pool noodle that is located above the surface of the water, providing a handy location to hold a beverage container.

A pool toy consists of a flexible, buoyant pool noodle with a drink holder mounted to one end. Disclosed is a portable platform with a plurality of panels configured to have a folded state and an extended state, wherein the platform is buoyant in water. The platform is configured to provide a substantially horizontal surface above a water surface when in the extended state and placed in a body of water. A first one of the plurality of panels is a support panel that may include a heat resistant support plate on which a barbecue or stove may be placed and/or secured. A second one of the plurality of panels has an aperture configured such that the barbecue fits through the aperture when the platform is in the folded state. A third one of the plurality of panels that is a cover panel that enables the platform to enclose the barbecue when in the folded state. The cover panel may have a heat resistant protective plate and the protective plate on the cover panel may have a recess to accommodate the barbecue when the platform is in the folded state.

A portable beverage carrier and dispenser. The carrier comprises an elongate tube have one end open and the opposite end generally enclosed. The tube includes perforations to permit water to move in and out of the tube, and a float that is placed into the tube prior to inserting beverage containers. The carrier is designed to be inserted into a hole in the ice surface on a body of water. A flange prevents the tube from falling into the hole into the underlying body of water. Anchors can be provided to anchor the carrier to the ice surface. When the carrier is placed in a hole in the ice surface, water enters the interior of the tube via the perforations. The float is placed in the tube and then beverage containers are loaded on top of the float. The buoyancy of the float in the water forces the beverage containers upwards in the tube so that the topmost container can be readily retrieved by a user.

A floating beverage holding apparatus includes a c-shaped body, a webbing, and a collapsible fastener. The c-shaped body is an inflatable apparatus and includes a top surface, an outer lateral surface, an inner lateral surface, a bottom surface, a lateral opening, and a central opening. The top surface and the bottom surface are perimetrically connected to each other by the outer lateral surface and the inner lateral surface. The central opening is delineated by a curved section of the inner lateral surface and the webbing is terminally connected onto the curved section of the inner lateral surface to receive a beverage container. The lateral opening is delineated in between a first section and a second section of the inner lateral surface. The collapsible fastener is connected onto the outer lateral surface and extended across the lateral opening to secure a beverage container to the c-shaped body.

A strap-supported beverage and article holding assembly. The present invention includes a support that is removably securable to a support article, such as an inner tube, and a beverage and article holder that is adapted to removably engage with the support. The removable connection between the holder and the support maintains the holder in an upright orientation, regardless of the orientation in which the support is attached to the support device. In various embodiments of the present invention, the removable connection comprises a tab extending from the strap that engages with a complementary slot disposed on the holder, complementary magnets, and other such types of removable connectors. The housing of the holder further includes a secondary compartment or receptacle. The secondary receptacle can be disposed about the exterior surface of the holder and can include a lid for preventing the entry of water into the interior volume thereof.

A floatable device capable of supporting a beverage container in an upright position near a person who is floating in the water or engaged in other water activities. The center of gravity of the beverage-container holder remains relatively the same regardless of the weight of the drink, and to have the entire unit remain upright in turbulent water. Using a tether, the device is maintained in appropriate proximity to the person while the person is engaged in activities in a body of water. It is a further object to provide utility to swimmers, floaters, boaters, kayakers, fisherman and hunters in pools, lakes, rivers, oceans, spas, and other bodies of water. A collapsible beverage-container receptacle allows for easy storage and transformation of the receptacle for beverage-containers of varying sizes.
