SHEET MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
A sheet manufacturing apparatus includes a buffer tank 13 that stores a material containing fibers; a defibrator 30 that defibrates the material supplied from the buffer tank 13 and discharges the fibers; a mixing unit 91 that mixes the fibers and a binding material binding the fibers to each other and discharges a mixture; a first transport belt 61a that transports the mixture; an accumulation unit 50 that accumulates the mixture on the first transport belt 61a to form a web W; a second transport belt 62a that comes into contact with one surface of the web W to transport the web W; processing rollers 71 and 72 that pressurize the web W; a cleaning unit 201 that removes and recovers residual fibers adhering to the first transport belt 61a; and a fiber transport pipe 22 that transports the residual fibers recovered by the cleaning unit 201 to the defibrator 30.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DRY MANUFACTURING RIGID CELLULOSE PRODUCTS
The invention relates to an apparatus (100) and method for dry manufacturing rigid cellulose products having essentially non-flat general shape. The apparatus (100) comprises a disintegrating unit (3), a multi-stage cellulose blank forming unit (30) and a product forming unit (40) for producing rigid cellulose products (14). The multi-stage cellulose blank forming unit (30) comprising a dispenser for guiding a cellulose fibre carrying air flow from the disintegrating unit (3), a first forming drum (15) having an outer surface configured for receiving cellulose fibres originating from the dispenser and for forming part of the cellulose blank (13), by means of a first air removing device (54) arranged inside the first forming drum (15), a second forming drum (15) having an outer surface configured for receiving cellulose fibres originating from the dispenser and from the outer surface of the first forming drum (15) and for forming the continuous or discontinuous cellulose blank (13), by means of a second air removing device (54) arranged inside the second forming drum (15), and a support structure (8) for receiving the continuous or discontinuous cellulose blank (13) formed on said second forming drum (15).
Fibre based panels with a wear resistance surface
Building panels with a homogenous decorative surface having a wear layer comprising fibers, binders and wear resistant particles.
SHEET MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND SHEET MANUFACTURING METHOD
A sheet manufacturing apparatus that shortens the time until the apparatus stops is provided. The sheet manufacturing apparatus has a sieve unit having at least part of material defibrated in a defibration process introduced thereto, moving at a first speed, and passing defibrated material through multiple openings disposed in the main section thereof; and a forming unit forming a sheet using precipitate that past through the openings of the sieve unit; the sheet manufacturing apparatus stopping the sieve unit with defibrated material that was introduced stored inside the sieve unit when production by the sheet manufacturing apparatus stops.
FORMING AND PRE-PRESSING STATION FOR FORMING A FIBERBOARD FROM LIGNOCELLULOSIC FIBERS
A forming station for forming a fiberboard including compressed lignocellulosic fibers. The forming station includes a press arranged downstream of a forming belt, the forming belt being arranged downstream of a dosing station and at a lower vertical level than a delivery end of the dosing station. Further a pre-press is arranged over a part of the forming belt. The pre-press is arranged to pre-press the layer of dissolved and distributed lignocellulosic fibers by suction into a pre-compressed layer of lignocellulosic fibers.
PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PARTICLE BOARD OR WOOD FIBER BOARD
A process for the production of particle board, MDF board or HDF board includes the step of recycling particle board material, MDF and/or HDF board material in which recycled chips and/or recycled wood fibers are produced. The process includes the step in which the particle board material, the MDF and/or HDF board material is wetted, heated and pressurized, such that this material is kept under pressure and at an elevated temperature for a certain time. The process involves the step of supplying the recycled chips and/or the recycled wood fibers as base material in a production process of particle board, MDF board or HDF board.

RIGID COLORED MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION AND FURNITURE
The invention consists of a rigid material 1 for construction or furniture, comprising fibrous particles bonded together by a binder, and its method of manufacture. The fibrous particles are textile fibers, and the binder belongs to the family of thermoplastic or thermosetting materials such as epoxy resins. The proportion of binder in the total weight is between 10% and 50%. The rigid material can be produced in the form of panels 2 or furniture components.
A METHOD FOR FORMING A CELLULOSE PRODUCT IN A DRY-FORMING MOULD SYSTEM
A method for dry-forming a cellulose product in a dry-forming mould system from an air-formed cellulose blank structure. The dry-forming mould system includes a forming mould having a first mould part and an opposing second mould part arranged to cooperate with each other in a pressing direction upon forming of the cellulose product. The method includes: providing the air-formed cellulose blank structure and arranging the cellulose blank structure in the forming mould between the first mould part and the second mould part, wherein the cellulose blank structure has a moisture content in the range of 4-15 wt %, when arranged between the first mould part and the second mould part; forming the cellulose product by pressing and heating the cellulose blank structure when arranged between the first mould part and the second mould part in a single pressing operation, and heated to a forming temperature in the range of 100-200 C.
